Waking up the next morning, to Corey trying to subtly leave the bed. I look at him confused. He points to the bathroom and wears an apologetic smile. I check my phone and thankfully there's no urgent messages.

I lay on my back and stare at the ceiling. I can finally relax a little. I have no more extra responsibility till my final year of university starts up. Corey comes back in with a small smile and decides to lay down with his head on my chest. He wraps his arms around my stomach and looks straight up at me.

"So, what's the plan for today?" I ask him, my voice still groggy from sleep. I let out a small yawn as he pretends to cover his nose in my chest to avoid my morning breath. He rubs his face a little causing me to let out a small chuckle and gently hit his arm.

"Ow. There's no need for that. We've got breakfast at 9 then head back. Then a family meeting at dad's then we've got the night to myself," he says lifting his head up.

I run my hands through his hair. I can tell by looking into his eyes that he's plagued by the fact he has to see and talk to his dad later. He's trying not to show it but he hasn't slept much during the night. "Talk to me. What's running through your head?"

His head slumps back down and I keep running my hands through his hair. "I don't know what to do. I'm still angry at him. I don't really want to see him. It's like he turned into a stranger. The guy who raised me and loves me is completely different from who I thought he was. Don't get me started on Shanelle. I don't know if she knew he was married or not so I can't really blame her if she didn't."

I move both my hands to the sides of his face and move him so he's facing me. I place a quick kiss on his lips. "The fact you aren't blaming Shanelle is a good thing. Yes, your dad did something absolutely horrible to your mom, but he never intended to hurt you. He never wanted you to know about what he did, to protect you. He's still the guy who raised you, he's just a little bit different when it came to your mom."

Corey sighs and a sadness washes over him. I can see the tears form in his eyes and wipe one with my thumb before it can fall. "I always thought I was his mini-me and I was proud of it. But what if I'm too much like him?"

"No," I say quickly. He looks completely shocked at me, "You may look like him and have his love of baseball but there's so much of Sophie in you too. You'd never do what he did to Sophie to anyone. You have her compassion and loyalty. You stood by both me and Jonah until you couldn't anymore."

He unwraps his arms and slowly lifts up so he's looking down at me. His eye's still have that sadness but they also have a small amount of desire in them. His hands are now either side of my face. He leans down and kisses me hungrily. I respond with the same hunger. On of my arms go around his neck pulling me closer and the other on his bare chest feeling his heart beat racing.

He breaks the kiss and starts trailing kisses along my cheek up to my ear then down to my jaw. "You have no idea how much I love you right now," he breaths as he reaches my neck. I move my head giving him more room.

"Then show me," I whisper. Instead of a reply I get him attacking my neck with his mouth. He teases around my sweat spot. It gets frustrating to the point I let out a frustrated groan. I can feel his smirk as he lays another kiss on my neck. He finally moves to the sweet spot on my neck. He lingers there. Nibbling and sucking. And I know he's definitely leaving a hickey there. He then moves back to my mouth and I kiss him with as much passion as I could.

I move my hands over and down his chest. Just before we can go any further my phone goes off. I roll my eyes as Corey rolls back to his side. I pick up my phone to see it's Diana ringing me. When it rings out she rings again meaning it's important. I answer and place it to my ear.

"Clara, are you going to Kian's later. Dad's complaining non stop. He and Kian haven't spoke since they came down yours. Mom told him we have to go and now it's a mess. Dad is trying to moan his way out of it," Diana says. "Bri is out with her friends again."

"Alright, just tell them we'll be there too. That might help," I tell her. She sighs then signs off. I turn to Corey, who has an exasperated look on his face. I raise an eyebrow waiting for him to explain.

"Kenzie says we need to come down for breakfast. So I guess it's time to get up," Corey says. I go into the bathroom with my case to get ready. Corey comes in and wraps his arms around me. I feel him lean towards my ear. "We'll pick that up later."

I turn in his arms to face him. I place a quick kiss on his lips. "I'll hold you to that." I pull back and begrudgingly step out of his warm arms.

When we get to breakfast, Kenzie motions us over to where she saved us some seats. We grab food and sit down. The newlyweds walk in hand-in-hand, massive smiles spread on their face. I look closely at Harmony and notice the foundation applied on her neck.

As we lock eyes I give her a knowing gaze to which she just darts to the side of my neck and smirks at me. I roll my eyes and I eat my food while she makes rounds. It doesn't take long till she's taken Kenzie's seat with a curious smile.

"So, is that a product of last night or this morning? You know as you're wearing it like a trophy," She whispers. I can tell she's trying not to laugh.

"Morning, we were too tired last night. Anyway mines only from making-out," I sigh in frustration.

She raises an eyebrow, "how do you get interrupted? You're away from everyone." I just glance at my phone and she bursts out laughing. "You're saying your phone interrupted make-up sex. God, you guys have the worst luck in the world."

I roll my eyes but don't disagree. We continue chatting until we have to leave, them on their honeymoon and us to a family meeting.
