Zayn POV

Liam and I silenty sneak up on Josh, who is being distracted by Louis. Louis is trying to use his power on Josh, who won't meet his eye. Louis whistles, and we tackle Josh to the ground. I pin down his arm while Liam pins his legs. He is absolutely helpless. Louis saunters forward and puts the ring on Josh's finger. "Now" louis says, bending down so Josh has to look into his eyes. "You are absolutely forbidden to kill any more humans for fun. You can drink from them if you don't kill them, and besides that, you will drink from blood bags. Come back with us and learn to control yourself." We release Josh, who climbs to his feet grumpily. He looks at us, gives us the bird, and runs in the opposite direction of the apartment. "Why didn't that work?" I say angrily. "I don't know....it always works...." Louis says, obviously surprised. "He's immune to you." Liam states, and I curse, knowing it's true. At least he is wearing the ring. "Where is he going?" Louis intervenes. "Idk....but it looks like he was tracking somebody." They shrug, and I sigh. We are useless after all. "C'mon, lets go back to the apartment." I say, and off we go....scared to face Sabrina.

Josh POV

I ran blindly down streets, tracing Sabrina's scent. Finally, I came across and abandoned warehouse, where I found Niall hovering over her. "Back away" i barked out, and he looked up, shocked to see me. He put his hands up when he saw my hungry expression. "Don't come any closer. You wouldn't want to hurt her." He pleaded. "Your'e the one who hurt her! She is barely breathing. I can't even hear her heart beat! She needs help!"niall looked down pathetically, but when I took a step closer, he growled. "If that's how you want to play.." I started, and with my newfound speed and strength, I bounded to him and twisted his neck. He inmediately collapsed into a heap on the floor. I snickered, thinking I was going crazy, and hoosted Sabrina into my arms. I made sure I still had my ring on befre heading back into the sunlight. I started to head back to the apartment, when I became confused. I looked down at Sabrina, and realized, she had no heartbeat, but she was staring up at me, and blinked. Her eyes were a bloody red. She climbed out of my arms and wobbled for a moment before righting herself. "I'm so hot."she moaned, looking up at the sun. "Josh" she whimpered, and I looked down at her arm. It was smoking. Literally. Flames started licking down to her fingertips, and she cried out in pain. I looked down at my ring, and without thinking, ripped it off and put it on her. She immediately stopped burning, but looked at me in shock and fright. "Josh!" She screamed, and came towards me, but I backed away. I cried put in pain as I was actually set on fire. The pain was so intense I could barely think. There was nowhere hide and it was too late. "Go!" I told her, an she just shook her head, crying now, reaching towards me. I collapsed and cried out again. "Go!!" I yelled at her. "I don't want you to see me like this, go back to the apartment!" I growled, and she backed away, sobbing. "I love you" she said befire racing away. "I love you too" i whispered, before I gave into the pain and then saw only darkness.

Sabrina POV

I ran blindly, sobs racking my body. I grabbed at my chest, thinking that I would have a heart attack for sure. But wait....i had no heart beat. They should have been there to save Josh. I ran back to the apartment, surprised at my newfound agility, knowing it was all their fault. I went to open the door, and instead, i sent it flying across the room. They looked at me with surprise and relief. "Sabrina!" Tammy yelled, and threw herself into my arms. I hugged her tight. She cried into my shoulder, and I patted her back awkwardly. After a moment, she let go, and I smelled something. I couldnt put my finger on it, but it was something that I craved, something I dearly wanted, that I would do anything to get. I looked down at the couch where it was coming from an lunged. Tammy held me back, holding my shoulders. I shook her off easily. That's when Liam gripped my shoulders tightly, and so did Zayn. I was stuck. I squinted and realized it was a person sittin on the couch. "Hi" she said, and I burst out laughing. They all looked at me like I was crazy. They didnt realize how strange the situation was. But she smiled at me knowingly, and I decided right away that she was a friend. Her honey blond hair reached her mid waist, and her calculating blue eyes softened, knowing I wasn't a threat. "I'm Melisa" she said extending her hand, an slowly taking it back when I sighed and signaled that my arms were still being held back. "Sabrina" i said. "I know" wow....some conversation we were having here. "Ya know.... We should go shopping sometime." I smiled sweetly at her, and she returned the gesture. Be cautious, no sudden movements, i thought. Wait, i didnt think that.....she did. "Whoa" i said out loud. She raised her eyebrows, expecting a response. "I know what you are thinking." I expected her to be super freaked out and think i was crazy or something, but she just nodded, only slightly surprised. "Well, there certainly was something special about you." She said like a proud mother, an i heard Harry snicker. I turned around, my arms freed now, and stared him down. Payback time. I looked deep into him....into his mind....it was pretty easy when I concentrated. "Harry!" I yell, my face going red. "What?" He asked nervously, eyes darting around the room. "You were just thinking how good Melisa would look in a bikini! Wait... No bikini! Oh god no! You dirty child!!!" I finished, and Louis burst out laughing, while Zayn face palmed, Melisa looked down embarrassed, an Harry just smiled evilly. I looked at Louis, which was my mistake. His thought came into my head and I raised my eyebrows. He was envisioning running through a field covered in mayonaise and NOTHING else, and kissing a......pigeon? "Kevin..." Louis sighed, and I looked away, scarred for life. "I wonder what else u could do." Melisa said to me, her eyes calculating. "What......what do u mean?" I said, anxious to know if i was gonna turn into some super freak. "Well, I did some research on your kind.... There r records of vampires who have powers, and they always have more than one." "Okay....." I said....thinking of flying, turning invisible, or shooting lasers out o my eyes, using my imagination to think of the possibilities. Then i remembered Josh. "No!!" I cried out, tears streaming down my face. I sat down and put my head in my hands. "It's all my fault" i sobbed, and everyone stared at me, mystified. "Whats wrong?" Melisa asked me. "Josh.....he's dead. We were in sunlight and he gave me his ring...." "Oh no" Tammy said sympathetically. "It's okay, it's not your fault." Harry said and I glared at him. "Right" i told him, realization dawning on me. "It's your fault." I said, and my hands tingled with something I couldn't identify. "I wish I never met One Direction in the first place!" I screamed and jumped up. My hands glowed and turned the room white. The boys had their eyes wide open. "Huh.... Time traveler" Melisa muttered, and the room was enveloped in darkness. I forgot where I was and who I was
