Lucas saw Wake and walked up to him."Hey!What am I!?A chopped river?! Don't forget im here,too!"Barry yelled as always."So where is this Galac-".DDDOOOMMM!
Before Wake can finish,they heard a loud explosion.A Team galactic grunt ran out of the great marsh."Fweh!That was rough."The grunt said."YOU!What've you done!?"Wake asked furiously."What have i done your asking?Well,technically speaking.It wasn't me.The package that arrived.See.That was a bomb,named the Galactic Bomb.Me,i was told to push the button.So i did like 'Poink!'.Oh that's right! Mustn't forget!The test results needs reporting.Cheerio then!You daft codger,your mask's absurd!"After he said that.He ran off.
"The great marsh is inuvaluable .You two.Do NOT follow me! Don't let anyone else in either!There'd be a big trouble if there's any of that bombs left!"Wake entered the great marsh after he said that."Hey!Lucas!You go after that Galactic goon!Im staying here like master said!Gotta keep others from going in! Don't let that Galactic guy get away!"Barry said."I- alright"Lucas replied."But will we still travel together later?"Lucas asked."Of course! Nothings fun without you!"Barey replied.Lucas slightly blushed then he nods and went after the Galactic grunt.
"What's with you?Stop chasing me you.I've had a mind to pulverize you with my pokemon.But i have to be on my way to the lake ASAP.So,your lucky im out!So do i make myself clear?Do not follow me!"The grunt ran off.Lucas chases him."We needed energy from the Valley windworks to make this...It would take a scientific genius to make something like this... Therefore.Our boss who made this is a scientific mechanical genius!"The grunt felt something weird and turned around."Graw!You were eavesdropping!I was just thinking out loud!But I'm not gonna waste my energy knocking you around..."The grunt ran off again.Lucas goes after him.
"But,Boy,this Galactic bomb packs a pretty big wallop.With this baby here there's nothing much we can't blow up.I wonder what they planned for this."He turned his head."Graw!You were just eavesdropping i was just thinking out loud!You persistent pest....Im getting tired of running away...But im not gonna waste my time knocking you around."He ran off again.Just as Lucas was about to go after him again.Looker showed up."Hello,My friend!The cargo that the team galactic brought is worrisome.So i have come."."It was a bomb.And there was a big explosion at the great marsh."Lucas said seriously."You say the cargo...is a bomb?And there was an explosion?The explosion was at the great marsh? Furthermore,you are pursuing a man...a man with a funny bowl-cut hair.In an outfit that is very strange?In other words,that is team galactic.Oh no no no how did i miss it!Ah Looker,This time you have made a mistake in ages!The man,who i seen running away,he was the bearer of the bomb!Ach!This will not do!Wait!Wait i say!"After Looker said that he rans off.
Lucas followed him to the valor lakefront.He approach Looker."Ah,my friend!It is you!Yes,i am at this hotel now.I am interviewing people to see if they have seen anyone suspicious.I would like your assistance.Go search outside if you will.The suspect,he might have already slipped away ahead unnoticed."Looker said.
Lucas goes outsied and found the grunt."*Pant* *Pant*Why am i running like this anyway!?That new world.The new universe our boss was talking about. it's making me giddy thinking about it....When we use this thing..."The grunt said.'A new world?A new universe...?'."Gweh!You werw eavesdropping i was only talking to myself!You're persistent,too.Im pooped out from all the running...But im not..Going to battle you."After he said that he ran off again.Lucas chases him.'You'll never get away!'
"Aww...No...Your still on my tail?The lake's within sight...You leave me no choice..My pokemon will KO you.."The grunt said.
They battled.It wasn't that tough to Lucas."I can't battle anymore....Im running on fumes...I'll have to give this to the commander...i wish...i got to use it at the lake..."After the grunt said that.He ran off.
"Oh hello!Long time no see!How is your pokedex filling up?"Cynthia approached Lucas."Hey Cynthia!What are you doing here?"Lucas asked."I came to research the folklore about the lake but...Well it doesn't appear as if the lake is open to the public now.Have you heard the folklore about it?They say there is an island inside the lake.And inside that island is a mirage of a pokemon.No one must enter the chamber of that pokemon.Oh, that's right!I had to you about something else..."Cynthia said."Oh,what is it-"Before Lucas could finish.Barry ran up to him.
"Hey Lucas!Where'd that Galactic goon ran off to?Huh?Is this your older sister?I don't remember you have an older sister..."Barry asked."Wha?No!She isn't!"Lucas replied."Oh she wasn't?Ok.That explosion at the great marsh,It wasn't anything serious.Mr.Wake told me to tell you that.But that team Galactic....Wow!Are they out of control or what? Next time i see them.I'll teach them a lesson that they won't forget!"Barry said."He's your friend?"Cynthia asked."Yeah.His name is Barry."Lucas replied."Nice to meet ya!"Barry said."Nice to meet you too.Im Cynthia."Cynthia replied."Cynthia? That name is oddly familiar...Wait...YOUR THE SINNOH CHAMPION!?"Barry asked."Yes,i am"She replied.
"Anyways.Have you guys seen a group of Psyducks at route 210?"Cynthia asked."Yeah...we did...Right Barry?"Lucas said."Yeah,we did."Barry replied."Yes, that's right.By the café on route 210.You guys have seen that group of Psyducks huddled with their heads in their,uh,hands?Anyways,what you should do is use this medicine on the Psyducks."After Cynthia said that she hands over a secret medicine to Lucas."I went on a big adventure with a pokedex when i was younger.I hope you get to meet everykind of pokemons there is to see.It might help you with the secret of the mirage pokemon.See you guys later!"Cynthia said.
"Well... Let's fly back to route 210."Lucas said."Go Staraptor!"Barry said."Go togekiss!"Lucas said."Woah you have a togekiss!?"Barey asked."Yeah."
