ANSWER: I really like what Wattpad has provided for me here in terms of structure for how I can express what I know and questions that I have but YES, I've been open to an eventual link to what Elon Musk's new Twitter can do for the improvement of world affairs...
Obviously, Twitter screwed it up BIG TIME before this and maybe a new start/management will provide the growth toward what I had originally thought was a good idea. I do welcome this!

I also ask myself if "HASH TAG SPEECH" isn't actually a better "nonfiction" format for an "Independent Presidential Debate Forum" when compared with TWITTER in some ways, with the most definite exception of a larger mass distribution network ... ???
