How was it possible that the agency that is presently suing you allowed a company, MTI FILM and the individual responsible to go unpunished for multiple acts of harassment and loss of (destruction of?) property (a feature film that took me twelve years to make) or the individuals (their CEO and the Hollywood Prosecutor) responsible for either executive or legal inaction on this matter to go unchallenged, if their case against you is so truly legitimate?
Could it be that this agency refused to take action on behalf of a white person or could it be because the "investigating" agent was black?
Is it possible that this agency is actually racially profiling you or are there actions that you can still take to settle this situation amicably?
Do you think it was wise to use an all black crew at the last Oscars presentation or was this a racist reaction to more racism within the film industry? How did that work out for them?
