Since it has been decided (in back rooms with loads of undisclosed cash donations approved by the U.S. "Supreme" Court via Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission) that stare decisis will NOT be the rule of law in the United States, is it not time to ask more important questions about "self evident" truths and put these on the table for the next election?
1) Shall there be a constitutional right to clean water?
2) Shall the U.S. Electoral College be abolished in favor of MAJORITY RULE?
3) Will the democrats stop their moronic support for the Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD) as the GOP already has?
