WHAT WE CAN FIX?

Two months later

Cheryl pov.

I was staring at the mirror in front of me. Toni let me stay in the room for guests in her new house. I told her that I could stay in a hotel or with Veronica until I found a place but she told me that it was better if I stayed with her because no one knew where she lives.

After we kissed that day we both agreed on taking things slow. I was still under a spell and now my life felt like a lie ... what is true? were my feelings for Minerva ever there? If the spell breaks what will happen? How can all of this be fixed and how can I pretend it never happened?

I was too far away in my head thinking... until I felt two arms wrapping around my waist.

"I missed you '' I was kind of surprised because I am not used to this... I forgot how it felt to have Toni hugging me.

"Ahh, Toni? I think I should change first before we go '' I said not moving away from her arms. Somehow this past month everything was easier because Toni was there... Toni reminded me of the old times and even though I used to be scared of who I was in the past now it feels like a lot has changed but Toni was still here. Toni let go of me to go back to the living room. I walked back to my room to change. I chose a simple red shirt and jeans and decided to not go crazy with my makeup. On the way to the restaurant, Toni kept talking about her son. All the things they do together when he is home but he is now with his father. "I can't wait to see him," I said after Toni told me a story about him. "He will love to see you again," Toni said smiling so big it actually made me feel a little better and relaxed even though I was nervous .... We were going to meet Maribel. She had promised to answer all our questions.

"Are you nervous?" Toni asked. We were now standing in front of Maribel's house.

" a little," I said trying to not worry.

"It will be okay," Toni said grabbing my hand. We walked to the door and Maribel quickly answered.

"Can I see the necklace?" Was the first thing she asked, she didn't even introduce herself or asked where Minerva was her priority was to see the necklace.

"Here it is..." I said taking the necklace out of my pocket and giving it to Maribel. Once the necklace was no longer with me I started to feel as if a part of me was missing, I noticed this feeling when I first took it off a few days ago.

"I think this confirms what I thought..." Maribel said coming back to the room.

"I am under a spell?" I asked.

"More than that... this is a unique spell"

"Please explain it to us," Toni said grabbing my hand to make me feel better.

"Minerva must have a plan, she can't let you go that easy... unless... something changed her mind... for what I have found the witches were the ones that trapped Cheryl's soul... meaning Minerva knew about this... maybe her spell was to prevent herself from pain? I don't know but I do know that they want your daughter and Minerva is part of them... the old woman you saw at the store... she is part of them..."

"Why they want my daughter?"

"Revange "

"Your father killed one of the witches daughter... and now they want your daughter"

"How can we stop them?"

"We have to find out what Minerva is planning to do.. and what this necklace do then.. break the spell and finally mmm do a spell to stop
