Chapter 26

I walk onto the train with Lysander and surprise surprise Sophia. Sophia goes over to a few of her friends while Lysander stays with me. After while of a deafening silence Scorpious, Albus and Lorcan walk in. They start to talk and the silence is immediately broken. A few minutes pass and a fourth year girl walks in. Everybody stops talking and looks at her. "I'm Charlotte. Charlotte Cassidy" she says. We nod and start to introduce ourselves. All of a sudden the train comes to a halt. We all scream as we fall. Charlotte ends up falling on Lorcan. She grins. "Sorry" she laughs. Lorcan laughs too and helps her get up. After a half hour the train starts to move again.

Hours pass and the train comes to a halt. We're at Hogwarts. We walk into the school and to the great hall. I zone out during the sorting. I was now a prefect. I had gotten the letter during the summer. I was so happy when I had gotten the letter. Lysander was his houses Prefect.
*Time Skip*

As weeks turn into months me and Charlotte get to know eachother and become really good friends.I always see her staring at Lorcan so I guess she has a crush on him. One day she comes up to me looking nervous. "What's up?" I ask knowing there was something wrong. "I-I- Know you're close to Lorcan and I like him so I'm wondering if you could talk to him and see if he likes me?" She asks. I nod. A part of mes saying. No Bella do not do it. But the other part of me was saying Do it! Do it!. "Of course" I say deciding to do it. She nods. "Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She squealed hugging me before running off to talk to her fourth year friends. Every chance she gets I'd see her staring at Lorcan with dreamy eyes. I take this as my chance. I give her a thumbs up and go up to Lorcan. "Hey" I laugh. There's a silence. "Hey" he says. "Well do you have a crush?" I ask. "Aha" he answers. "Who?" I ask. "I can't tell you" he answers. I nod. "Well.. would you like to go on a date with..." I begin. "Yes of course" he replies. "Charlotte" I say. "Charlotte?" he asks. I nod and walk off. The were having a date in Hogsmade. In Madam puddifoots tea shop I decided.

I walk over to Charlotte. "Hey you're having a date with Lorcan in madam Puddifoots tea shop" I say. She nods. A part of me is saying No No No! But the rest of me was ok with the idea of it. I decided I'd look in on the date when it happened. To see if it's going good.

When we went to Hogsmade the next day I walked over to Madam Puddifoots tea shop. I saw them laughing and holding hands. I start to feel a feeling I didn't understand. "Bella!" I hear a voice scream. I turn around nervously thinking it was Charlotte who had saw me looking but it was just Rose. "Hi" I say She looks confused about something. "What were you doing? You didn't have a date did you?" She asks. I look at her not knowing what to say. "Nothing. I was just walking past. Haven't got a date" I say. She nods. "Wanna go get a butter beer?" I ask. She nods. "Yes" she answers. We start to walk to get butter beer sometimes stopping at shops to have a look. We finally make it to get butterbeer. After we started to walk back to the school. We make it back and go our separate ways. Me to the library her to the quidditch pitch. We were going to meet up at the quidditch pitch after I did a bit of studying.

I watch as Lorcan and Charlotte make there way to the great hall. They were laughing. They say goodbye as they enter. Lorcan goes over to his friends while Charlotte comes over to me and Rose. "Hi" I say. "Hey" she replies. Rose and I grin. "How was the date?" I ask. She's now grinning. "It was good. Amazing" she says laughing. We all laugh. "That good?" I ask. She nods. "Yes that good" she replies. We all laugh again. Conversation comes easily after we ask her how her date went. We talk about school and friends.
