Getting heartbroken isn't the worst part I guess, the aftermath that kills you is. It's like waking up and realizing you no longer can text them and they no longer belong to you. Of course you are happy for them, but deep inside you wanted it was with you. When they talk about the one they love you smile because you're happy for them but deep inside your heart sobs. It hurts, the memories, the flashbacks it all hurts. It hurts to see them with someone else. It hurts when you know that they never loved you. The one who used to be your guardian angle, life savior, your everything never loved you. Knowing this kills you deep inside. It's not about missing the person, but missing having someone who used to make you smile, having someone who was there during your hard days. But now these days are going to last forever as you are only left with tears and shattered heart. Getting your heart broken by someone whom you loved more than yourself is worst, but the life after that it's heart rending.
