"Mylady! It's the day of the Crown Prince's birthday! You know what that means!?" Delia barged into my room without warning.
"Oh my God! Please don't scare me like that!" I jumped up from my bed. (A/N: Me, casually vibin' to Maniac by Stray kids.😂Yes I listen to K-pop too.)
"I'm sorry for startling you by coming in so suddenly." she bowed down.
"No, no, no. I was scared that I have to wear something more extravagant than usual." I told her.
"Who says you don't have to wear something fancier than usual. You're definitely going to wear something expensive. After all, it's the Crown Prince's birthday banquet." she tilted her head and looked at me creepily.
Oh no, I don't have such a good feeling about this! (A/N: Oh no, oh no, oh no no no!)
"Hey Delia, it's not that important how I look..." I tried to finish my sentence.
"Mylady! How could you say that! Of course, it matters, you're the Crown Princess!" she cut me off and dragged me to the dressing room.
"But!" I tried to resist.
"No buts, you're going to be the most beautiful lady at the banquet no matter what!" she yelled.
"How about this dress? It's new and very expensive since it's from the Crown Prince himself!" she pulled out a light pink dress with a white choker and some gloves out of thin air. (A/N: She's a magician! I think from "By the Grace of the Gods"? Plot twist, she's from another world and tries to find the long-lost-alien-golden-hybrid-princess!😂It's meant as a joke if you think that's actually true.👀)
"What!? Since when did I have this!?" I asked.
"You don't know? The Crown Prince came here to deliver your new clothes personally." she explained.
Ok, that's it, I give up.
Why the h*ll is he giving me clothes secretly!? While I was standing there like Pikachu, she continued to blabber about something.
"...Since the Crown Prince gave you these, you should wear a gown to make him happy. After all, he came here just to bring these!" she said.
"Alright! Please stop talking and dress me up." I covered my ears. She did as I said and I ended up looking breathtakingly after alll the pain I had to endure. (A/N: One vote=healing Mel of the trauma, Delia put her through!)

My hair was braided then made into a fancy bun. I had many accessories like long earrings that had sapphires engraved in them or a necklace with all kinds of diamonds.
After finishing her make-up which didn't take long...
"My masterpiece!" Delia praised me.
"Thank you, but I have to go." I ran away.
For fuck's sake, why is she so scary?
I walked down the stairs to see my carriage, my cute half-siblings and the Empress.
"Let's go! Your majesty, your dress is matches with your earrings. And you too Addie, you look beautiful!" I showered them with compliments.
"Mel! Didn't I say you should call me mom!?" the empress pouted and crossed her arms.
"Sorry, I forgot mom." I apoligized.
"It's alright! But you look so amazing in this dress!" she complimented me.
"Her majesty is right! You look spectacular, big sister!" Addie added.
"Oh-umm, thank you!" I got a bit flustered. They both started to giggle. After some time, Aiden reminded us that we are gong to be late, if we didn't step into the carriage.
"Are you all going to stand and laugh here forever? Don't forget, we have to go to the Crown Prince's brithday banquet!" he said annoyed.
"Oh, we are sorry! Come to think of it... Aiden, you are looking especially handsome today!" I smiled widely.
"W-what!? Don't say such weird things! Just get in the carriage!" he shouted.
"Ok?"I let out. Hopefully Theo will like my gift.
