Episode 3: The cattle drive (Pt.2)

Natsuki (1st person pov):

"Voila! Instant phone mount." Brooklynn says putting pink bubble gum on the back of her phone cover and sticking it onto the thing in front of the joystick. "Oh...kay anyways..." I say, moving my gaze back to the front of me. I heard her let out a soft giggle. looking away from her for a second, I then notice kenji almost  crash into Yasmina,Sammy and Darius. Ben then looks like he is lecturing kenji. "I feel sorry for Ben." Brooklyn says, looking at the two shouting boys. " We should try to guide her back to the herd!" Darius says to Yasmina, "What? No! We will scare the thing!" Sammy shouts at Darius, "Don't worry Sammy. We'll be careful." Yasmina says to Sammy. Kenji helps them while me and Brooklynn ride at the back so the Dino doesn't run away or stop running.

"We'll cut her off! It'll be fine Sammy!" Brooklyn says while I disagree "We're gonna make her bolt! " I say "Yeah, Natsuki's right!" Sammy agrees. After some arguing someone finally did something which was " Fine, I'll do it." Kenji , grabbing the joystick, putting his hand on top of Bens' Then the dinosaur bolted, "What did I say." I mumbled just loud enough for Brooklyn to hear. "Listen up ya'll. We gotta get her before she goes and spooks up the whole herd. Stay to the outside or--" "We've got this." Kenji says while Yasmina follows them, "Relax, Darius knows his dinosaurs." Yasmina says to Sammy, "You bet I do." Darius says to them.

I follow after them, pushing a bit harder on the joystick to go faster. I drive the sphere to the front of the Dino, but it knocks the gyrosphere, spinning it around. Brooklyn starts shouting while I move the joystick so we don't topple over, instead we knock into the rest of the dinosaurs in the herd. Brooklyn and I both shouted, her covering her head with her knees on the seat. The Dinosaurs kept knocking into us even though we came to a stop.

Dave pov (1st person):

"They're disappointed but they'll get over it. better safe than-" I started, getting cut off by a dinosaur running past us, bellowing. The lady then talked into her walkie talkie as I looked at Roxie "The kids!" we both say at the same time.

Natsuki pov (1st person):

Brooklyn continued to scream while I sat there trying to maneuver the sphere away from the dinosaurs so we can actually see another day. Then we drove into a dinosaur and finally stopped spinning. I look back to see a whole herd of dinosaurs Sprinting towards us. Shit.

"Go go go go GO!" Brooklyn shouts. I shove my hand forward on the joystick, going as fast as I can, "I'M TRYING!" I shout at her, leaning forward in my seat, my hand pushing harder on the joystick. A loud crash of thunder can be heard as we see a flash of light. I look to my left and see a tree fall in front of Yasmina, Darius and Sammy. Making them bounce back. I carry on Driving, not relaxing my hand one bit.

After a few minutes I stop pushing on the joystick, stopping in front of a tree. Both Brooklyn and I were panting as if we had ran around the world, "I think we lost them, and the others." I say slumping back into my seat, a hand on my chest. I look to the side of me and see a dinosaur, "Look." I say, tapping Brooklyn on the shoulder softly. " Think, Sinoceratops are fast on open ground, so we just...need to corner her. then get her back to the herd." I say, looking at Brooklyn as she takes off her seat belt. "Great. Here we go! Another Brooklyn exclusive! Keep watching, cause it's about to get real!" Brooklyn says, hopping out of the gyrosphere, "Wait! Brooke! It's not--safe--"  I say, struggling to unbuckle my belt. I got cut off when a loud bellow came from the dinosaur, followed by Brooklyn's screaming.
