4: Blacked Out

      While Alan and Barbara on their way back to their home, a suspicious man with his laptop tried to hack something. "As I expected, his house is real shit. I need to be careful or I'll get caught. This motherfucker really thought that his security system can beat my virus. I will show him my virus, V.L.A.D capability." Said that man. Suddenly, his virus leaked a lot of information. Turn out that the thing he tried to hack is Alan's home security. He finally enter the core of the data. "V.L.A.D never let me down. Now for the show time." Said the man while pressing enter on his laptop. Suddenly, Ryan come out from his house with a robot. "Damian, find Alan and Barbara for me please. I have a bad feeling about their safety." Said Ryan to Damian, his personal robot. "Receiving command sir. I will find Alan and Barbara for you." Replied Damian. Damian immediately jog in it's way to find both of them. That man immediately hide himself from getting caught by it. Damian see through the alley, wandering while that man hide himself. His heartbeat become faster as he scared. "Probably a dog or something else." Said Damian. It then continue it's way to find Alan and Barbara. "I almost got caught. This man is really dumb to take an E-Bot with him. An E-Bot is a failure since it got it's own emotion. How dumb are you actually, Ryan Becker?" Said him while mocking Ryan.

      His phone ringing itself, turn out he got a call by a person called as "1". He answers the phone. "How's the plan, Hiro? Is it successful or not? Do you need help or you can do this by yourself?" Asked "1". "Everything is under control sir. You don't have to be worry about it." Said Hiro, the hacker. He immediately checked his laptop. The progress of hacking is on 100%. He again press Enter button to initiate his plan. "Time to launch project "Blacked Out." Said him while seeing the house suddenly blacked out. "Everything is complete sir. We finally can barge in there." Said Hiro. "Good job Hiro. You can return to the base now." Said "1" while complimented Hiro. Finally, Hiro walk down the alley. As he walk down the alley, he saw Alan and Barbara were holding hands while Damian check the surrounding to make sure they didn't get followed.

      Hiro know that if they come to the house, the mission will be for nothing. He then steal Barbara teddy-bear. It made Barbara fell. Alan immediately chase him so that he can retrieve the teddy-bear again. He keep chasing him, without stopping for a second. Suddenly, Hiro accidentally take a wrong turn and ended up going to the dead-end. Behind him, Alan was holding a pipe, threaten him to give back the teddy-bear. He is angry, the teddy-bear that supposed to be his little sister's is in another hand. Hiro look at the watch, knowing that he already buy some times for their mission. "Here kid, it's yours. I don't need it anymore." Said Hiro while he toss the teddy-bear to Alan. Alan catches the teddy-bear, yet he still come to Hiro, as he wanted to beat him until he can't get up anymore. Fortunately, Barbara came. Alan remembered that he made a promise with Barbara. He will not fight anymore as he hanging out with her. He then dropped the pipe, keeping his promise to Barbara.

      Alan then say "If I ever see you again doing the same shit, I will beat you up like there's no ending on it." Hiro looked at him, wandering what will he do if this mission keep going on. "If I were you, I wouldn't go back to home." Said Hiro, as he somehow try to save Alan and his sister. Alan looked at him with fierce again. "What the fuck did you say huh? What are you doing to my house? Did you... WHAT DID YOU DO!!!?" Asked Alan as his anger started to buildup. Barbara looked at him, slowly say to him: "Alan, we should go home right now. Mom, Dad, the others might be in danger." Alan then quickly sprinted to the house. His heart keep asking himself a lot of questions. "What will happen to them? Will they be okay? What should I do?" He keep asking himself, while he keep running to his home.

      Alan arrived, his house was all black, as there's no more light in it. He was all curious. Then, he saw Damian. "Damian, what just happened!!? Where are the others?!!" Asked him. Damian keep the silences. He then slowly pointed his finger into the house. "There are... There are somebody else in the house. They are not in my memory, Young Sir." Said Damian. Alan then shocked, he slowly give his little sister to Damian. "Barbara, if something happens to me, be sure to run away, AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!" Said him. He slowly take his baseball bat, as he pat his little sister head. He carefully tried to get into the house. His heart beats too fast, he probably get panic attack by Damian's statement. But, he know what he should do, to protect his family. He slowly open the door. His heart again doesn't feel good about this. Scared, Alan is scared. He slowly get into the house without seeing anything. Finally, for sudden, the electricity come back. But, Alan's heart was broken. He saw something unexpected. His family's lying in the floor, including little Shaun, with blood keep coming out from their bodies. He fall on his knees, dropped his bat, while shouting with pain knowing that his family has been dead.

      Suddenly, a man came out of nowhere, kick Alan's head until he fall. Alan shouted, as his anger bursting his mind, his hand gripping itself. "You, YOU!!! I WILL KILL YOU!!!" Shouted him. He strike his enemy, but the other man come behind him. Struck his legs, make Alan's fall for the second time. His head got stomped so hard that he lost his consciousness. He tried to regain his consciousness, but his face got kicked so hard. He slowly faded away from his mind.
