9. Is It Really You?

---- Eliza's P.O.V ----

Austin and I caught up until it was time for him to get on stage. He let me know the Louis, Niall, Alex, Andrew, and Cole were backstage.

After the concert, Austin pulled me backstage. We stopped in front of the door and he signaled for me to be quiet. I waited for a couple of minutes then was pulled into the dressing room. I let out a little shriek and looked up to see everyone.

All jaws were to the floor once they realized it was me. Louis took a step towards me.

"Elizabeth?" He looked into my eyes, searching threw them. Its like he was looking for confirmation on my identity.

"Yes its me. You boy are in a huge load of trouble. How dare you?! How dare you do this to me?! You had the nerve to tell Niall that I cheated on him! Just because Eleanor broke up with you? Its your own damn fault why she did! You see this baby that I carried in? Thats yours. Whether you like it or not! And its a good thing you didn't hit me that hard. News flash for you Louis, I'm pregnant! You could have killed the baby inside of me! And if you would have, I would have made sure you went to jail for a LONG time. Its a good thing I'm pregnant other wise I'd be kicking your ass right here, right now. In front of everyone."

"I'm really sorry Lizzie." Niall said stepping forward.

"I'm sorry too Ni"

"Do you think you could take me back?" His eyes locked with mine.

"What kinda question is that? Of course I will!"

"I love you Lizzie!"

"I love you Niall!"

"One thing before I put this ring back on your finger, I have loved you since the day I meet you and I will love you till the day I die. I will never love someone as much as I love you, with an exception of our kids." Niall grabbed me hand a slid the ring on my finger. We kissed long and passionate. I can't help but fell a pit of sadness in my gut, because I new someone who had no idea about any of this was watching.

"Eliza, how come you didn't tell me you were engaged to Niall Horan from One Direction, Best friends with Austin Mahone, Ex-girlfriend to Alex Constancio, sister to Louis Tomlinson from One Direction?"

"Quinn, I didn't want you to know about my past, because I wanted really friends not fake. I can barely trust anyone who were my friends before you. The only ones I was able to trust were the ones who hung out with Austin, Louis, or Niall and you."

Quinn and I hugged and I introduced her to every one. She cried when Austin hugged her and we all Went 'Aww'.

- 7 months Later -

- Niall's P.O.V -

*BEEP* *BEEP* * BEEP*

That is all I hear now. Eliza is in the hospital because she went into labor early. 2 months early to be exact, and our baby boy is doing wonderful. Eliza on the other hand isn't. During her Labor, they about lost her, she said she felt light headed and then she passed out. They were able to save her, but she's been in a coma for almost a month. I miss her sweet voice, her soft yet sweet kisses, but mostly I miss her just in general. My mum and her mum have been here and visited the baby and Eliza. I remember what Eliza wanted to name him so his name is Dylan Scott Daniel Horan. He gets to go home today if Eliza wakes up.

"Niall" I looked at Eliza I see her eyes open and she is trying to sit up.

"Eliza!" I said as I jumped up and hugged her.

"Oh my god! Niall! I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too, Eliza! I love you!"

"I love you too! Where is Louis, I want to talk to him?"

"Out in the waiting room. I'll go get him." I walked out and saw Louis sitting in a chair with his head in his hands.

"Hey Lou. What's wrong?"

"El... Eleanor has c...cancer."

"When did you find this out?"

"I called her to tell her that Eliza had her baby and that she was in a coma and she said oh my god. And then she told me she had to go but mumbled I have to go for chemo."

"Oh my god. Well you don't have to worry about Eliza anymore."

"Why? I..is she g..gone?"

"No Lou! She woke up and wants to talk to you." Louis jumped up and ran to her room.

----- Eliza's P.O.V -----

:-) Before waking up (-:

"Lou, I know you are sorry, but I just don't know if I can trust you."

"I'm sorry, little sissy." With that he walked out but not before I seen some cuts on his arm.

"LOUIS! YOU HAVE BEEN CUTTING!!"

"N..no I haven't."

:-) After waking up. (-:

My door burst open and Louis ran and hugged me. We both had tears streaming down our faces as we pulled away.

"Eliza! I was so scared I was going to lose you again! I don't ever want to hurt you! I didn't mean what I said or did. I love you, Eliza. I missed you like crazy while you were in a coma! I have never been so miserable in my life!"

"Lou, I forgive you. I have some trust back in you but not full trust, but you can earn it back. Let me see your arms."

"Why there just arms?"

"Just show me!"

Louis showed me his wrists and arms and they were just covered in cuts.

"Lou, why would you hurt yourself and how long?"

"I have been cutting ever since our fight and while you were in the hospital. I just didn't like the fact that I was losing you."

"Aww Lou!" I said as I wrapped him in a hug. Tears were pouring down my face as I pulled back. I kissed Louis cheek and he sat down in the chair next to me.

"You know Niall rarely left you side while you were in a coma. If he did it was to eat, shower, and change clothes. He cried and cried, and none of us could make him feel better. Then one night about 2 weeks ago, while he was in the shower, you flatlined and they were having trouble getting you back. They came out too tell me that you were gone right when Niall came through the door. He heard the she's gone part and fell to his knees and bawled his eyes out. They let us both in to say our final good byes when you came back to us. You had flatlined for 10 minutes straight. He just held your hand and bawled. He just keep saying thank you god for saving the love of my life! It was adorable! He would always kiss your hand anytime Alex came around. I think he was trying to show him that you are his and not Alex's."

"I still need to talk to Austin and Alex. Oh and the rest of the boys."

"Well do you wanna start with Liam cause he is out in the waiting room."

"Yes please."

5 minutes later Liam rushed through the door and hugged me.

"Eliza, I thought we lost you! We have already lost one person in our big 1D family and we don't need to lose you."

"What do you mean we lost a member of the family?"

"Eleanor got back together with Louis and he just got the call that she passed durning Chemo. I'm so sorry Eliza."

I burst into tears and Liam hugged me tightly. Niall walked in on us hugging and he seen I was crying. He ran over to me and I pulled away from Liam to hug Niall. I can't believe Eleanor is gone! She was my sister from another mister! Delilah is going to live with her daddy once she turns 3 years old. It will confuse her a bit but she will get use to it, I hope.
