Dream's POV

Technoblade was getting on my nerves.

He worked for me and yet here he was trying to argue.

"I don't care what you think. This is your job now stop asking questions and go." I ordered him out.

"Tsk." He rolled his eyes and left.

All those years I had been hiring for jobs and never said a word. Now all of a sudden he wants to question my authority. He was really getting on my last nerve.

A light knock on the door brought my attention back.

I walked over and looked through the peephole.

Alethea stood there pulling on her shirt nervously. A smile instantly came to my face. I really did miss her.

"Alethea. It's a pleasure to see you again." I said. She was beautiful as always. Being the gentleman I am, I took her hand and led her into my room.

"I wish I could say the same, Dream," She replied irritated. Oh well, that was to be expected.

"Don't be like that. We had so much fun together!" I exclaimed. That was a lie. I knew she didn't enjoy being around me but I can't help being the way I am.

She looked at me with her arms crossed angrily.

"You practically tortured me Dream. No part of living under your roof was fun." She said yanking herself away from me.

It seems she grew an attitude in her time away from me. If she thought she was the one in charge here she had another thing coming.

"I have a proposal for you."

I walked over to a table and sat down. She kept her distance and went opposite me.

"Come back to the Dream SMP Dynasty and claim your place as a Duchess," I said calmly.

She loudly smacked her hands down and stood up out of her chair. As I expected she didn't take my idea well.

"You must be insane to think I'd ever agree to that!" She screamed.

Now, this was getting annoying.

"I'll call off the war and no one will get hurt," I added.

"No, no I'm sorry but I can't do that. Not again." She said starting to panic.

I could see the fear in her eyes as she remembered her days in the palace.

"Oh come on now, just come with me and all your friends will be safe!" I yelled and slamming down my fists. She jumped finally getting scared of me. It was good. I liked being the one in control.

"Come home! It's where you belong Thea." I said warmly. I needed to convince her.

"I- I can't." She said quietly backing herself up against the wall.

She accidentally trapped herself and I was only getting closer.

"Listen to me. You will come back to the palace with me or I will kill all of your friends." I said giving her an ultimatum.

"You can't do that!" She yelled again. I was really getting tired of people raising their voices at me. I was a king for God's sake!

"Oh, believe me, princess, I can. I'll storm their good-for-nothing country and blow it to the ground." I said gritting my teeth.
