Loser <3 {Max Goofy x Reader}

Just as the doctor had told y/n. The recovery was long. Mostly annoying to her since she was so used to be jumping around all the time.

But finally, after 5 months she was back. Her leg had healed pretty nicely and physical therapy went fast.

It was her first day back at her old school, and as soon as she set foot in everyone started saying hi to her and adding small comments like, "it's nice to have you back y/n! We missed you. Hey, y/n you're finally back!" And so on. She found her best friends and as she reached them she got caught in a big hug.
"It's so nice to have you back!" Stacy cried.
Y/n laughed and her old friend group soon gave her hugs. Everyone...well except for Max and Roxanne.  Y/n looked around not seeing them. "Where's Max and Roxy?"
"Well, Max is late like usual and Roxy, well."

"She moved." Said, Stacy

"What?"

"She moved."

"But why?"

"Well, her dad got a better job. And she had to move with him." Said Stacy.

(If you love Roxy then sorry she'll be some sort of small ass villain in this part hehe)

Y/n was confused, her tone made it seem like it was nothing. As if her best friend hadn't just moved away and probably will not be seen again.
"But why are you so calm about it?" Asked y/n.

"Well," Stacy started looking at Bobby and Peej for help to explain the situation. "She kind of admitted to love the fact you were gone and had Max to herself. And also added, subtly tho, that she hated all the school's attention was on you. She became sort of obnoxious and full of herself."

Y/n was dumbfounded. "She what?"

"Oh come on y/n. I know it's hard to believe but it happened. I'm sorry she thought that way." Said Peej.

"No well, I mean it's fine I guess. I never would have guessed it."

"Yupp, it was weird." Added Bobby.

"We're all sorry she left. Even if she wasn't so nice on the inside, we still were friends."

The bell rang right at that moment.
"Well, we better be off to class." Said Stacy.

"Oh, you go on first. Mom and Dad are talking to the principal. Need to recuperate my lessons. Ugh, wish me luck." 

"A well fine girl. See you later." Said Peej and Bobby.

Y/n walked slowly first to her locker. She understood why everyone wasn't so bothered why Roxanne had moved. Y/n was shocked by what her friends told her about her. She was always a great friend, always hanging out together. Finally, she reached her locker to get her books, something she missed doing and opened the small door taking out her books and stuff. Unfortunately, luck wasn't on her side since all the books slid and fell on the floor. Y/n sighed annoyed and bent to pick them up. As she was about to pick the last one, with great difficulty since she had her hands full someone took some of them off her arms.

She finally saw the face she wanted to see the most. "Max!" She cheered and threw herself against him in a hug making him drop all the books. Thankfully he caught on fast and hugged her back.

"Hey, you. The first day back and you already want to get hurt."

"Oh, Maxie I missed you so much." she pushed herself off him but still, he kept holding her by the waist and added. " I'm so sorry about Roxanne tho."

Max smiled gently and shook his head. "Don't worry about it. It's not your fault."

"Never said it was." She chuckled. "Just sorry your first relationship didn't end well."
