'I hate it here'

'I want to be alone'

'I hate this life'

'Please let me have some freedom'

I hate my life here. It's always troublesome. Some things are happening, and I don't even want to know. The cries of my family members.

I hate that. I want freedom from this living nightmare

I was told that I was the only boy born into this family, after 370 years. With all honesty, I would've wished to have been born into a different family. Instead of this.

I really couldn't trust anybody. There was no one I could trust.

I was treated like royalty. Given the best food, all of that. And I hated it.

This family was rotten, filthy.....and thieves.

They sacrificed their own children, in exchange for the stolen goods of the people killed by this demon.

This demon, has taken a liking to me, due to my eyes. The demon, who's face and lower-half of her body resembled a snake. And from what I observed, loved to eat young children, babies to be specific.

I was never allowed to leave my cell. Not once. My food was brought to me, and I refused to eat it. The smell caused to make my cell to stink terribly, but I didn't really care.

THIRD PERSON P.O.V.

Iguro was rocking back and forth, as his tears steamed down his face. He had just turned 12, and was taken outside his cell to see the demon. And good lord, was the demon hideous.

Extremely hideous. Not exactly pleasant to look at

"He is very pretty! Such a beauty!" The demon said.

Iguro's family grinned.

"Have his mouth cut like mine"

"As you please"

Obanai's eyes widened, as he heard the word 'cut'. His family brought out a knife, and a wooden bowl. They had Obanai's face near the bowl, and they began cutting the sides of Obanai's mouth. He began screaming and crying, trying to wiggle his way out, but his family had a firm grip on his legs and arms.

As the blood poured out from Obanai's mouth, Obanai continued to struggle, while the demon only watched, a smile forming. "Magnificent!"

Obanai was brought back to his cell, and was given some bandages.

His family went to sleep, and the demon went out hunting.
