Budo's POV-

I woke up to the sound of my alarm blasting my ears. Groaning in pain, I instantly turned it off and threw away my phone. It was a bad choice to sleep with earplugs in. I went to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face.

Well, today wouldn't be so bad. A new girl joined my club and she seems rather...

interesting.

It's nice to finally have someone different, I'm just not sure how the other members will take it. They've been with me since middle school, so having someone who we're not familiar with might be awkward for them. 'I'll have to try my best to make it work.'  I assured myself.

I went to the kitchen and put a slice of bread in the toaster, then patiently waited for it to finish.

-Ding!-

I took it out of the toaster and ate it within a matter of seconds.

I changed my clothes, put on some cologne and headed towards school.

As I was walking to school, I saw Aishi-san in the distance. 'Should I wave towards her or something?' I pondered. Then I remembered I needed to give her the gi and headband for the club and now would be a good time.

"Aishi-Chan!" I called out, causing her to turn around.

Ayano's POV-

I heard a loud voice call my name from the distance, which caught me off guard. I froze in place turned around to look at Budo-Senpai waving at me from the distance with a bright smile.

A random couple walking by the sidewalk turned to look at the situation, smiling at me and him.'Why does he always have to yell like that?' I groaned, embarrassed again. He quickly ran towards where I was, with a bag in his hands.

"Here, I got your gi and headband." He said, slightly huffing and panting, then gave me a white bag.

"Thanks, but you could've given it to me in school." I said, with some annoyance in my tone.

"Well, I just figured it would be more convenient right now." He replied, awkwardly scratching his neck. 'How is shouting my name in public across the street more convenient?' I wondered, unable to understand his actions. I just shook my head and continued to walk, with Budo tagging along behind me.

Our conversation ended there, but since we were headed to the same school, we both continued to walk alongside each other, without saying a word. He cleared his throat, and looked down at the floor while walking, trying to ease the awkwardness.

I don't think I'll ever have a normal interaction with this guy.

I was sitting on the bench alone, eating my food peacefully. The first class had already ended, and I was wondering what to do. 'If Osana is absent again, I swea-'

A loud, piercing voice suddenly interrupted my thoughts.

"Wow, you came late again. I told you to meet me here for lunch at 12, and its 12:05. Why can't you just come on time? It's really not that hard."

'Well, speak of the devil.'

An orange haired brat came into the scene, along with Taro-Senpai who just listened to her ranting, with a sullen expression. It bothered me how he let her step all over him without a single retortion.
