Everyone was shouting and screaming for the helicopter to turn around and come back for us , but it never did. Me and cheong-san still sat with our backs against the door catching our breaths. Suddenly we felt banging on the door and looked at eachother, i looked over and nam-ra looked at me worriedly i gave her a small smile to let her know it was alright.
Cheong-san stood up and backed away looking at the door.. "Y/N, you should move"
I sigh "it's gwinam, he wont be able to break through the door, dont worry"
Nam-ra walks over and grabs my hand to stand up and pulls me a little away from the door "he's hitting it pretty hard, i don't want you to get hurt"
I smile at her. The banging goes a couple more times and when it stops cheong-san goes to walk over but i grab him by the arm
I shake my head looking at him "don't, he's still there"
"Who is?" Wujin and su-hyeok come stand by me and nam-ra
"Gwinam" nam-ra looks at them
Another bang makes us all jump a little. He keeps punching it making the door shake. I could hear bones break and gwinam mutter under his breath "fuck it" then i hear his footsteps going down the stairs
"He's gone" me and nam-ra say in unison making us look at each other and smile
"What the actual fuck" dae-su sighs
"It's his smell, i hear his breathing" i say looking at the group
Su-hyeok looks at me and nam-ra "didn't you push gwinam out the window? I swear i seen you..From the fourth floor.. how'd he manage to survive?"
"Yeah we threw him off.. maybe he doesn't die.. he comes back to life. He's not a human or a zombie, he's like us isnt he?" I look at nam-ra who nods
"That could be right." Nam-ra looks up at me
"You guys will be alright" wujin looks at us
"You can't guarantee that'll happen" cheong-san looks between me, nam-ra, su-hyeok, and wujin
"We can't guarantee anything right now, can we?" Wujin shoots back at cheong-san
"We don't even know if were gonna live. Lets go help the others make the S.O.S sign. What if it were on-jo? Could you just abandon her?" Su-hyeok says to cheong-san then we walk away leaving him there to think
"The O it's just to narrow.. and the S is way too short.. there too close. Hey, spread that out a little bit" joon-yeong says directing us
Once we were finally done with the sign we all stood admiring our work
"We did good"
"Yeah theres no way anyone could miss that"
"What does SOS mean?" Dae-su questions
"It's a distress signal" on-jo answers him
"I know that, what does it stand for?" Dae-su looks up at her
"It doesn't stand for anything. SOS is just SOS." She answers back
"That makes no sense." Dae-su looks down
I giggle and wujin shoulder bumps me then puts his arm around my waist
"That's just what it is. It doesn't mean anything." On-jo says looking at us
"Then rescue quickly.. speed of save.." dae-su thinks out loud
"Don't hurt yourself thinking so hard" wujin laughs at dae-su which makes me laugh
