Rescued.... ?

Once we pull away from the kiss, we feel eyes on us so we turn our heads and see almost everyone smirking at us.

"So.. when did this happen?" Dae-su wiggled his eyebrows

"Uh.. in the music room, when we were all recording ourselves" i smiled

"Even made it official and gave each other our name tags" wujin smiled putting his arm around my waist

"Well were all happy for you two. Lets get warm by the fire." On-jo smiled at us

"I'll meet you guys over there" i smiled at them and turned to wujin "i have to talk to gyeong-su." I kissed him on the cheek and started walking toward su.

"Y/n wait" wujin ran up behind me and spun me around so i was facing him. He had a worried expression in his eyes that confused me

"Whats wrong?" I asked searching his face for an answer

"Uh.. i.. listen, i don't want to sound jealous or anything, but after gyeong-su's confession.. do you.." wujin took a deep breath "do you like him? More than a friend?" He looked at the ground as if scared of what my answer might me

I smiled and hugged him squeezing him tight before whispering in his ear.. "i like you wujin. No need to worry, gyeong-su is only a friend. I've only had my eyes on you." I kissed his cheek and walked away hearing him sigh out of relief

As i get closer to where Gyeong-su was I started to get nervous.. what if when I tell him the only feelings i have for him are friendly and he doesn't want to continue being friends? Ugh. Why all this drama in a damn apocalypse?  Once I approach i clear my throat so gyeong-su knew someone was behind him, as he had his back to me and was facing looking out into the field

"Hey.. can we talk?" I said as i moved to stand next to him

"I'm sorry.. I didn't realize you and wujin.. are you dating? Or did you just say you guys liked each other?" Gyeong-su said looking at me then looked away quickly

"I'm sorry su.. I didn't.. i love you.. but as a friend.. i know thats not what you want to hear, but it's always been wujin.. I don't wanna hurt you. But I don't want to lie to you either.. we gave each other our name tags.." i said.. i could feel my heart starting to pound in my chest. I don't want to lose my best friend

Gyeong-su sighed then looked at me and smiled "it's okay. As long as your happy, i'm happy. I'll always be here for you. But if you guys break up or something.. Who knows, maybe then we can become more then friends. Y/n you're my best friend and always will be but I'll never stop trying."

I let out a breath I didn't realize i was holding in "so are we okay? Best friends?"

"Best friends" he holds out his pinky and i link mine with his. "Until i can make you mine." gyeong-su thought to himself

We return to the group and i sit next to wujin grabbing his hand and interlocking our fingers together.

"What the hell is with that gwinam kid? You said he got bitten?" Joon-yeong asks cheong-san

"I don't know. Looks like he became something totally different." Cheong-san answers

"I don't think he can die." I said

"What if he climbs back up here?" Wujin looks around squeezing my hand tighter

"He's bad enough. But to be honest, i'm scared of nam-ra and Y/n. You saw them fighting before." Ji-min says looking between me and nam-ra

"Well.. I think it's reasonable to assume they're both half-bies." Dae-su says

"Are you both really okay? You wouldn't do that to us right?" Ji-min asks
