"I just want to take this moment and ask someone to come out here with me." I heard Justin say in my ear piece.
I had just got done doing my costume change. We were in Aberdeen, Scotland and it's a beautiful country.
We've been traveling for the past week and a half so I'm finally on Europe time.
"Cassie, can you come up on stage please?" I hear. I look up and look around.
Everyone was encouraging me to go so I quickly make my way up to the stage. Everyone started cheering whenever I made my way up.
Justin was at the end of the stage, waiting for me. He smiled when I walked up to him.
"Today is her birthday so I want everyone to help me sing her happy birthday so please help me." I couldn't help but smile.
I didn't get to go drinking, but I did get to perform on my birthday which I think is pretty cool.
Plus it's my first birthday in another country. I turn around to see everyone walking behind me with a cake.
I couldn't help but smile as I look at it. It was a cookie cake with lit candles. I just can't believe I'm twenty five now.
I feel like last years birthday and this years are completely different. Last year, I spent it with my dad.
I then drove back to see Colby and he did the most romantic thing for me.
This year, I'm in Scotland, performing with Justin Bieber. I took my earpiece out so I could everyone sing me happy birthday.
And it was a wonderful feeling. My smile never left my face after that. This was probably my favorite concert.
When we got done, we all went backstage so we could eat the cake together.
They gave me the first slice, which I thanked them for. Before we started eating, I wanted to make a toast.
"I just wanna thank everyone for the cake. It honestly means a lot to me." I smile.
My three friends are smiling happily. "I wouldn't want to preform with anyone else, so cheers!" I toasted.
I went over to my friends so I could eat with them. I love how they planned that for me.
As we sat there and ate the cake, Justin came over towards me.
"I hope you're not mad at me for putting you on the spot." I just shrug towards him while chewing.
"Of course not. I just wasn't expecting it." I tell him. My friends started mocking the way I looked which made me laugh.
Justin laughed along as he looked at me. "When you're done, you wanna come with me to my dressing room?" He asked.
I hope it wasn't anything bad. I finished my piece and followed him in there. Hailey was sitting there, on her phone.
She smiled when she saw me and locked her phone. "Hi, girlie. Happy birthday." I make sure to thank her.
I look around, confused on why he brought me in here. "There's one other present for you and I figured you wanted to see it alone."
I looked at him to see he was turning on a projector. There was a chair facing a wall so I sit down.
"Do you want us to stay or leave?" Justin asked when he got it ready.
"You can stay." I smile at the both of them. Hailey turned the lights off as Justin started it.
My mouth instantly dropped when I heard my dads voice.
"Hi, honey. I firstly wanna say Happy Birthday!" He came on the screen which made me tear up.
I wasn't expecting this. But, I really loved this so far. I could feel the knot in my throat, wanting to cry.
"I can't believe my little girl is twenty five, a quarter!" I laugh at his typical joke.
He's been saying for years how he wanted to say that. And now he finally can.
"I'm so proud of you for doing what you love. Your mother would've been so proud." I choked on my tears.
I quickly wipe my tears as I watch. I wish my mom could've been here to see me get on a Justin Bieber tour.
But I know she's watching me from above, happier than shit for me.
"I can't wait for you to be back home, enjoy Europe." He waved to the camera.
After he came on, I saw Tyler and Avery. "Happy birthday, Cassie!" Tyler yelled while making me laugh.
"Happy birthday, Cassie! I can't wait for you to come back, I need my girl back!" I laughed at Avery's comment.
"I can't believe we've been friends for ten years. I'm so proud of you." Hailey came over with tissues so I took them.
I wiped my eyes as I watched. After they came on, it was Addison and Stas.
They wished me happy birthday and hoped I was having a good time. After them was Sam and Kat.
Kat sang me happy birthday while Sam stared into the camera wearing sunglasses. Sam did make sure to wish me happy birthday.
After them was Alex and Wyatt. I've honestly missed those two so much. I need to see them whenever I get back.
They told me how much they missed me and a happy birthday. I was so happy to see them on the screen.
The last person to come on was Colby. My eyes started watering again as I watched.
"Happy birthday, Cassie! I hope you're enjoying your day in Scotland." He smiled.
"I'm super proud of you for living out your dream." My lip was quivering while he spoke.
"I really wish I could be there with you but just know I'm with you in your heart." Its weird not seeing him.
But I'm happy he did this. "I can't wait to see your face in person again, I'm counting down the days." I am too.
"A wise man once said, if it's not you it's not anyone. I'll see you soon, Cassie." He blew me a kiss and the video sadly ended.
I looked over at Hailey and Justin to see she has tears in her eyes. "Did you guys do that?" I ask, trying to control my tears.
"Actually Colby did." I furrow my eyebrows towards him. "He contacted Levi and Jesse and they came up to me." He explained.
I had no idea that Colby was planning this. I swear he does the sweetest things for me on the birthdays.
This is what I mean when he makes me feel loved. I seriously don't know what I would do without him.
"It was super sweet." I tell them. Hailey smiled towards me. I feel like I would've cried harder if they weren't in here.
"You should lock him in, he's so in love with you." I wasn't going to deny it. Even though we haven't said the words, I could feel it.
Justin nodded his head in agreement. Once I had calmed down, I asked Justin if I could have the hard drive.
As he gave it to me, Scooter said we were ready to go. I make sure to thank them both so much.
It's honestly been an amazing birthday. Even though I couldn't be with my dad or my friends back home, I'm happy to have that video.
I really am blessed. I got amazing friends, a special guy, and an amazing job.
If I could go back and change anything, I wouldn't. I would do everything the same exact way.
If I changed anything, I maybe wouldn't be here and have fallen in love with Colby.
I couldn't be happier.
