The next day , Y/N woke up early and started to pack her clothes since she and Mina fine . Today was Ms Joohyun take her rest since she was very busy a few days ago . Y/N quietly sneak into her mother's room . Ms Joohyun just woke up then greeted by her daughter . "Aish you scared me , why you came here?" She looked at Y/N . "I'll be leaving noon later so yea" Ms Joohyun felt dissapoint . "Yeah you need to go work tomorrow too" Y/N just smile sadly then look at the big frame of her family picture . Her mother stand beside her and look the picture , she heard her mother sighed .

"It's been 6 years divorce , Y/N-ah . Omma don't know what to do . You've been grow up without a father , I'm really sorry my baby" Ms Joohyun felt guilty about her daughter . "Gwaenchana omma , I understand what you feel . I will take care of you from now" Y/N hugged her mother tightly. Ms Joohyun cried on her daughter's shoulder then Y/N patted her back . "Omma...don't cry please? I hate when I see you crying" Y/N wiped her mother's tears and smile warmly .

Mina POV

I woke up and saw Y/N was gone , I look at time then goes to the bathroom and getting shower . I finished then use Y/N's sweater and pants . Her scent really addicting to me . I went to the kitchen and greeted by Ms Kim . "Miss Mina , the breakfast is ready" She bowed to me . "Ms Kim , haven't you saw Y/N?" She shook her head then I just smile .

I sit while having my breakfast then I heard giggles and laugh . I looked at her and I smile like an idiot . She's really close to her mother , her mother adore her so much and still assume her like a baby . Maybe one day I'll treat her like what her mother does now , my baby princess . I came back my thoughts when both of them look at me worriedly . Cute I thought . "Minariiii" She pouted then look at me . "Yes Y/N-ah what you want hmm?" I lean closer to her . "Ehem , I'm here" Ms Joohyun said then she laughed . I just blushed madly .

I looked at her who is busy bringing her luggage then Mr Kwon appeared to her . "Y/N-ah let me help you bringing your stuff" Mr Kwon said but she reject it . "It's fine for me Mr Kwon" She gave genuinely smile . I can see her smile everyday from now . I goes to passenger sit while waiting her , after she started the car then we drove back to Seoul . A few hours driving , we finally arrived at Seoul then stopped at convenience store to fill our stomach but then I was dragged by Chaeyoung .

"Help!" I screamed then Chaeyoung punch my stomach . "Ohh love , you look so cute when you're in pain" She smile evil . "How are you? I miss you..."She caressed my cheek . I was hoping that Y/N could save me from her . I look at my hands were shaking . "Love , don't you miss me?" She kneeled down then hold my chin . "Come with me love , we will be happy again . I hate to see you with Y/N" she leaned closer then pulled me closer . She want to kiss me then...........

"MINA!!" Y/N shouted then kick Chaeyoung . I looked at her then went beside her while hugged her tightly . "Mina , who the fuck is she?!" Chaeyoung shouted . "You said you want to be with me , why her!!!!!" Chaeyoung wants to punch her but she hold Chaeyoung's fist and look with cold glare . It gives me shiver through my spine . "You know who am I? I'm her girlfriend now" Chaeyoung look at me speechless . "Get off from my girlfriend you fuckers" Y/N's cold tone make Chaeyoung step back .

A police siren can heard , two police officer caught Chaeyoung . "YOU! I WILL KILL YOU!" She shouted then enter the police car . I still hugging Y/N then cried . My anxiety came up but Y/N hold my hand tightly "Gwaenchana , I'm here now . It's okay you will be fine" She said softly while caressed my cheek . She wiped my tears with her thumbs and bring me back to her car . "Wait for me okay? I won't take it long" She said then I pleaded her arm . I begged her to not leave me alone.

Your POV

I look at Mina's hand that still shaking then I hold her hands tightly . "You're with me , don't worry Minari . I'm here" I kissed her forehead while buying food for us . After I payed then I rushingly going back to my apartment . I park my car then bring Mina to my apartment . I unlocked the door and gesture her to the sofa , she look calm a bit . I stroll my luggage to my room then came back to Mina . "Are you not going home?" She just shook her head . I hummed then sit beside her . "Y-You w-won't l-leave m-me right? Y-You won't do anything to me?" She look scared , I just hugged her . "I won't hurt you , I will protect you Minari" She look at me then mumbled 'thank you' .

After we finish eating she just play with her fingers then I look at her . "I didn't know that you have anxiety , I'm sorry" I said but she just smile warmly . "Its fine Y/N-ah , it just...." She stopped her words . I went beside her then patted her back . "Tell me , what happen to you" I said softly . She just sighed and continue her story "I-I was being abused by my own parents......."

Flashback

Mina was 8 years old . She live happily with her parents . "Mama , Appa look what I get for my exam" she showed her result to her parents . "Minari , we both proud of you! keep going it ok?" Mina smile then hugged both of them . Mina went back to her bedroom then continue her study

A few years later when she was 18 , both of their parents started to drink alcohol and they used to abused Mina . One night , Mina was stay up for the final exam then she heard the door burst out . She look at her father who is drunk , he look at Mina with crazy eyes ."I'm dissapointed about your results. I'm gonna beat you again" her father take his belt and hit Mina's back . "Appa it's hurt!" Mina cried but her father ignored it then he hit until he passed out . Mina hold her pain then she run towards her room then cry.

When she was 20 , she met a girl named Son Chaeyoung . Since that day , both of them were dating and it turns out fine . After Chaeyoung send her back to her house , Mina saw her mother with another man . She came up to her mother.."Mama what is this!? Are you cheating on Appa?" She said then received a hard slap from her mother . "I'm not longer being your mother" Her mother cold stare and Mina was speechless . "HOW DARE YOU-" another slap then a man stopped her mother . "Fuck both of you! I hate you" Mina run towards to her room then start pack her clothes .

She called Chaeyoung then waiting Chaeyoung at bus stop . She cried then her hands started shaking . She ignored it then Chaeyoung came pick her up . She lived with Chaeyoung until she own her company . Since that day , she lived alone in her mansion without her parents know . One day , after she finished her work she felt scared and nervous . She called Chaeyoung but the latter's not answered . She goes to the hospital for the check up .

A few hours after check up , the doctor came to her . "Miss Myoui , the result for those check up as I can see that you've been diagnosed anxiety attack" Mina felt speechless then look at the doctor . "So...t-that's why I was s-shaking?" the doctor nodded slowly . "You should need someone to be with you always , your anxiety would getting worse if you alone" the doctor remind her then leave her after that . She goes back to her house then she still not believe she had anxiety . Was it cause of abusive parents? She thought then she goes sleep .

Her life was like upside down , she felt scared , scared to be alone . Every night she need someone to sleep beside her . She had insomnia and try to calm herself before go to the bed . Even though Chaeyoung always sleepover at her house , she felt fine a bit but then she awake at 4 am because she remembered those incident when her parents came home and abused her .

End of flashback

After Mina tell her past life , it feels same as mine but more pain for her . I look at clock wall it showed 12am , I bring Mina to my room and let her sleep . I went to the sofa in my room then I wouldn't forget to charge my phone and layed down . I look at her sleep peacefully then I smiled a bit . Goodnight Minari I mumbled then I fell asleep.
