"Just leave me alone!" "Aw come on Gladion, you don't mean that, do you?" "Leave. Me. Alone." "Please, Gladion!" The boy moved closer. "Go away!" "What got into you? Do you really want me to leave?" He placed a hand on Gladion's shoulder. "Yes! How many times do I have to say it?! Go away! I don't want to see you again!" Gladion slapped his hand away. "If that's what you want... that's what you'll get. Come on, Mew." What happened to make this happen? Well not even (Y/N) knows the answer that well, truth to be told, he was just sitting around doing his thing when Gladion came in looking upset, but how about we try to find an answer with a little rewind.
(Y/N)'s POV
I pet Mew who's on my lap while trying to write a palindrome. Gladion went out for who knows what reason, but meh. "Dang it!" I throw my notebook and just at that moment came Gladion with a pissed off face. To make it worse the notebook hit him in the face. "Sorry!" After traveling together I had just come to learn to never do something that could bother Gladion if he was mad. I was just about to stand to pick it up when he swiftly picks it up and throws it right besides my head. My breath hitches as I flinch. "Thank you." I give him a small smile. "Uh... food's ready, if you want any." I feel like those abused wives on the movies... He grabs the plate and throws the food on the garbage bag. Nah, who does he think he is?! Gordon Ramsay?! "You know I hate garlic." Since when? He always just eats my food. "Sorry, do you want me to make you something else?" "Sorry is not enough!" He throws the plate again right besides my head. It shatters when it hits the wall as I cover my head trying not to get any cuts. Aw man, that was my favorite plate."What the hell is wrong with you?! I always try to be patient with you, I didn't say anything because you threw my notebook at me, and I don't even care about the plate, but I'm not gonna let you go around throwing the food I make! I even offered to make you something else, but if that how you're gonna be then fuck it! You cook for yourself! I'm not always gonna be in the god damn mood to be handling you being an asshole! Just because you're mad doesn't mean you can take it out on me, because I'm not gonna let you hurt me just cause we're friends!" "As if you knew what being hurt feels like." That's it. I walk to him. I grab his shoulder and knee him on the stomach. "You think I don't know? 'Cause if you do, then you don't know the first thing about me. Right now our friendship is hanging from a thread, be careful with your next move." What have I even been through? I know I was through something, but what was it? I'm scared of something, but what was it? What happened to me? Why did I run away? I had a reason, but it hurts to try to remember.
"Get out." "Huh? Are you for real?" "Yes, I'm for real. Leave me alone. You're not my mom." "Of course I'm not, a mom would have no choice but to deal with you, while I can leave at any time." "Then go! Just leave me alone!" "Aw come on Gladion, you don't mean that, do you?" "Leave. Me. Alone." "Please, Gladion!" I move closer to him. "Go away!" "What got into you? Do you really want me to leave?" I place my hand on his shoulder carefully. "Yes! How many times do I have to say it?! Go away! I don't want to see you again!" Gladion slaps my hand away. "If that's what you want... that's what you'll get. Come on, Mew."
