(Y/N)'s POV
I sit on a tree bark. "I wonder where mew is." I feel my phone vibrate on my pocket and take it out. I see and unknown number calling and answer. "Hello?" "I can't do this, umbreon." I hear a slightly muffled voice which seemed familiar. "Umbreon!" "Hey! Give it back!" I hear some some running. "Umbreon! Please give it back!" I hear some rustling and steps along with pants. Did the umbreon take his phone? "Come on umbreon, just stop running- aw shit." Hm? I suddenly hear some grunts and, see someone falling from an inclination that was on the forest. (I don't know how to call it in English) "Oh dear." I get up and walk towards the person. "Are you okay?" I see an umbreon jump onto their head and drop a phone. "Umbreon." I kneel down. "Gladion?" He looks up and just stares at me. "Argh umbreon. Why would you do this to me?" Umbreon just looks at me proudly. I chuckle and help get some leaves out of his hair. "You're a mess." He sits up and just stares at me. I hang up and put my phone back in my pocket. "What did you call me for?" "Please work at Aether foundation." "What?" "We need an engineer and you're the best one around." "I don't think I'm the best. There's way better engineers around." "Just give it a shot, please." "I don't know, I was only planning on staying here for a week to see Lillie." "Just meet me tomorrow, and I'll show you what we're working on and you can choose whether you join or not, please." "Fine, where are we meeting at?" "Maybe that coffee place we used to go to." "What time?" "Is eleven fine with you?" "Sure." I take out a handkerchief and pour some water on it and start cleaning his face. "It's gonna be all dirty." "That's its purpose. Besides, you need to wash the blood off your cheek." I look at the small cut on his cheek.

I notice a small bump on the cut and move closer to him. "Hold my hand." "What?" "It's gonna hurt." I take his hand onto mine and move my other hand to try to take out a small rock that got into the cut.

Timeskip

Can't believe he chose this place out of everywhere. I sit on a table and wait for him to get here. "Is this a date?" "Sure." "Then can I hold your hand?" "Morning." "Morning." After some explaining...

"So what do you think?" "I'll work there-" "Yes!" "On some conditions." "Okay." "First, you and I don't know each other, you'll simply treat me as any other employee. Second, while at work I don't mind having you approach me but do try to not come to me for useless things. Third, no matter what happens, what I do or what you do, just leave my friendship with Lillie out of it." "Didn't plan to do anything different, so we have a deal?" "Sure." He puts his hand out and I shake it. He stands up and starts walking away. "Tomorrow at 8 in the morning you shall be there, you have to sign some things." "Yeah." He leaves as I hear some footsteps. Everything was going well, but I don't know what happened. He was sad, and he tried hiding it from others. He'd show his sadness as anger, at some point it was too much. I wish I had had the guts to help him." After a bit we says our goodbyes and I head to the hotel I'm staying at.

I wrap my arms around his neck as his lips press against mine. I feel his hand go under my shirt as he licks my lips. "G-Gladion, I love you." "I love you, too." I feel his tongue make its way into my mouth as he starts pulling my shirt up.

I wake up with sweat on my forehead. "Oh for arceus. Why is my body doing this to me? I'm 21 I've got to act like an adult not a hormonal teen." I calm down and then start getting ready for the day. I head to Aether foundation and as soon as I arrive I see... "Mew! Mew mew!" Mew flying excitedly around Gladion. "Mew?" Mew turns to look at me and teleports somewhere else. I sigh and walk towards Gladion. "What papers do I need to sign?" "What happened with you and m-" "I don't know what you're talking about, president." "Right... anyways follow me. The papers are in my office." "Alright."
