Alright, just before I start writing, I just need to say that this song sends chills down my spine because the anime is literally about gay love but it's got so much plot that it's just like wow, they made a perfect anime, yet they added gay love to it and I'm just sitting here dying like why you do this to me, but I think it's cute.
*Michael*
"You seem fine, you just have a fever," the nurse said with a smile, looking down on me as I twirled my thumbs around each other.
"But," she began, putting a hand on her hip, "I think you need a lie down. You seem to have a lot on your mind," she said with a small wink. I shook my head, knowing full well I couldn't miss school. It was more important than I let myself believe.
"Hmm," she hummed, her voice raising into a question.
"Well, try and take it easy, and don't push yourself. If things are confusing, just go up to someone and hug them, little tip from me," she smirked. Her short blonde hair bobbed slightly as she chuckled and wrote on a small clipboard before shoving the pencil in her pocket. I remained looking down at my thumbs, but I did force myself to awkwardly smile so she wouldn't think I was being rude.
"You better go to class now," she concluded, picking herself up from the couch, locking her brown eyes with mine for a split second before waltzing into the staff room before I even had a chance to say thanks. Not that I was going to, it was just an expression.
I quickly stared at the palms of my hand, just to check that the shaking had stopped, which surprisingly it had. I often uncontrollably shaked when I was nervous or upset, which was weird and made even me laugh at myself.
I shoved my bag over my shoulders and proceeded through the double doors and back into the halls which were eerily quiet with everyone being in classes, that I almost felt a little lost not being able to follow the crowd. I walked forward a couple feet until something unexpectedly caught my eye against the blue walls our school had. A small poster.
I swerved round, shoving my bag up my back slightly, and stared at it for a couple of seconds before recognising it as a football poster. It was the one Chloe had made, and it was actually pretty good. In fact, it was so good it would convince me to join a football team. Hah. As if.
"Hey, Meckey!" I turned around to see Emma holding a pile of folders in one hand. She was constantly hyper, but not like woo hyper, just very moving and excitable, that she was just amazing to be around. Even on messenger, we would talk in caps lock just to be cool. Her hair was long and brown, like her eyes, and she was fairly tall and thin, with a busty chest.
"Hey, where you goin'?" I asked, flipping my hair to one side, and looking her in the eyes.
"Student council stuff. You know how it is these days. We're actually preparing for a festival, so any idea you have would be appreciated," she said, before she started to do a random dance.
"Oh, oh, oh, I completely forgot, did you see the new football team recruits?" she said putting her free hand on my shoulder.
"Sure did," I said, for some reason. Not sure why, but since everything else is upturned as fuck, may as well play along. I gave her a quick wink and clicked my tongue.
"You should totally just go up to them and be like, TAKE ME!" she said spreading her arms in exaggeration before bursting into fits of laughter.
"Yeah, I should, but on another note, since when did the school council ever do anything?" I asked. The school council had always just been a thing so the teachers and staff of the school could just pretend the students have a say in everything, but in reality they were just picked and forced to wear a badge that basically stated 'I do nothing.' Pretty pathetic if you ask me.
