Nora's Pov

Holy fucking shit, I confessed. He looked at me so lovingly, that I could swear my heart was about to explode. "You just made me the happiest guy ever," He whispered, choking on his tears. I can't believe he's crying.

Normally people would find it pathetic but I find it so real. His crying shows me that what he's feeling is unbearable. Everything was right when it came to Liam. He was the missing piece of my puzzle.

"I loved you since the lake Nora, the look in your eyes when we were dancing was so captivating. You looked at me like I was all that mattered like you were already in love and it made me feel so wanted, I promise, again, to make sure that you're always happy and I will continue to treat you like a king, you're not a queen mi amor, you're way more than that. "My love"

The idiot really has his way with words. God, this feels amazing, I don't ever want this to end and there are more tears in my fucking eyes. I didn't want to cry, God-damnit.

"I love you, Liam Asher, always and forever," I said opening my eyes to gaze back at his. He smiled softly and I held his face in my hand, wiping more of his tears off his beautiful face. "I love you, Nora Gibson, always and forever," he said locking our Pinky's into a pinky promise.

We grinned at each other, backing away and facing the golden sunset. No words were being shared, just silence as we stared into the mesmerizing dusk.

We continued looking at the sky until the sun completely disappeared from the sky, the golden clouds turning into a dark shade of pink. "Are you ready to eat now?" I asked, breaking the comforting silence. "Yeah, we can order," We opened our menus and scanned through the different meals. Everything sounded great, if only I could fit everything inside my stomach without gaining weight. That would be a blessing.

We decided on our meal and Liam hailed the waiter in Hawaiian for us to order our food but me being a shy person when it came to ordering, stayed quiet while Liam did all the talking. Thank God for him.

"So, when are you going to talk to your mom?" Liam asked, wiping my nose with his napkin. I allowed him to and cleared my throat thinking about it. I wanted to talk to my mom since the day I had my date with Mina but I would rather talk to her in person and maybe bring Liam along with me to meet her.

"I was thinking sometime this week when we leave, I haven't seen her in a while and it would be nice for you to finally meet her," I flashed him my signature smile and his eyes widened in elation. If he's not dead by the end of the night, he's good because I have two more surprises...

"That'll be great, can't wait to meet the woman that birthed my little vixen," He smirked and winked at me before slicing a piece of his steak with his knife. Cocky motherfucker. As he should though, he has every right.

"She's going to love you Li, there's a chance that she might steal you away from me," I pouted at the thought of my mom baking her famous cookies and wooing him right into her little trap. I'm already stuck, she has me imprisoned for a long time now.

"Aww, don't worry babe, she can never take me away from you unless she lets me bake cookies with her, then I'm definitely a goner." He grinned and kissed my nose, I scowled at him and stabbed my piece of steak, shoving it into my mouth.

"Don't be like that Nors, I was just teasing," I nodded, pretending to forgive him but deep down, I wanted to wring his neck so he can change his answer but it's better to like my mom and not hate her right? She can be a little suffocating sometimes.

"After I meet your mom, maybe we can invite my dad over," he said gaping outside, avoiding my eyes. "Are you sure? You seem to be a little bothered," I stated, struggling to read his face. Maybe he doesn't have a good relationship with his father? What about his mother? I have so many questions but I don't want to overwhelm him with my curiosity.
