Chapter 46♡

Nora's pov

Fuck, outside is so bright. I carefully opened my eyes and blinked a few times to adjust to the stupid sun.

For the past few months, we hardly got any rain and I miss it so freaking much!

Rain is my peace. The sound of it is literally music to my ears, I can drown out the noise from the world with simple rain drops from the pretty weird-shaped clouds.

I sighed and rubbed my eyes. I should probably get up, I have a mom that wants to talk to me about looking after her 4 month year old baby. I'm hoping Liam doesn't have anything planned in the next two hours.

I looked over at Liam and he is definitely not waking up anytime soon. His mouth is open and there are light snores, his arm is draped over my chest and his legs are doing something weird.

Now that's power pussy right there folks.

I carefully removed his arm and kissed him on the cheek. He closed his mouth for a bit then in a blink of an eye, he was back to snoring.

I shook my head and got out of bed. I started my morning with some of my favourite Melanie Martinez songs and did my skincare routine after I showered.

Melanie is just so pure-hearted, we honestly stan her. Don't you agree? If you don't then you're missing out.

I moisturized my face and went to get dressed. I opened my closet door and I decided on a yellow t-shirt with the word 'sunshine' in a fancy font and a pair of black denim jeans.

I combed my hair in one and left two strands in front of my face. My forehead felt too naked.

Liam was still asleep and I really wasn't surprised. It was pretty cold in the room due to the AC and I didn't want to take it off or he will instantly start sweating.

I covered his entire body so he won't feel cold and I kissed him on the forehead, fixing his hair that was messy on top.

Today feels like a pancake and bacon day with strawberries. Pretty specific, I know.

I got to the kitchen and opened the fridge door, prayig to God that Liam didn't eat all of the strawberries in one setting like he normally does.

Thankfully there were at least 4 left and that is enough. He's getting grounded for the strawberries, I swear!

I switched on the TV and continued watching the movie that I fell asleep to a few nights ago. It's my favourite movie to fall asleep too, I guess it's that comforting.

I made the pancakes and stacked four on top of each other for each plate. I sliced the four strawberries in half and placed them on top of the pancakes.

We so deserve this.

I walked into the room and crawled on the bed to lay on top of Liam. I caressed his face and played with the tip of his nose, admiring his gorgeousness and thinking how'd I get so lucky.

"Liam," He moved a little and groaned, circling his arms around me. "Come on babe, wake up."

He opened his eyes and closed them sighing. "No, I don't want to." He said, squeezing me and pulling me towards him more. Is he trying to wrinkle my clothes, he better not!
