"Where are we going?", he said cautiously as I lead him to another set of alley.

I turn my head to look over him without slowing my steps. His face marred with concern and cautiousness. The corner of my lips tugged upwards in amusement, "Don't worry, I'm not going to kidnap you... yet"

There are only few people in this area as rain drizzle upon cement floor. Our hair slightly wet though our attire remain much less dry still.

"Won't your parents be looking for you?", Lorenzo still trying to persuade me to go back.

"My parents will most likely be out on bed the moment the time struck midnight. Old age and all".

I round another set of building before stopping in front of a pretty old one, I'm actually surprise it still stand tall. The smile refuse to fall from my lips as I enter without a second glance, pulling Lorenzo along with me.

"Are we allow to be here?", Lorenzo ask in concern the moment we begin to ascend the wooden stairs as it groan under our weight.

"Oh come on you can't be a good boy most of the time. Reserve that for when we're in bed will you?", I retort teasingly.

He ducked his head when I glance back to look over him. An amused chuckle left me when he try to avert his eyes as blush creep up his neck.

"Cute", I breathed under my breath.

Opening the metal door when we finally arrive at the top of the stairs. It seems to not age so well compare to the other parts of the building, it hang loosely against the wall. Pushing the door open, we're instantly blown slightly from the harsh wind. The rain had already started to picked up.

A small giggle escape from my throat as I pull Lorenzo along with me despite the pressing rain hammering against our soaked attire. Tilting my head facing the darken sky, a wide grin plastered over my face, hair turn to gentle wave as the water cascaded down on me as if to wash away the sin latched upon me- I feel kind of free.

I turn to look over Lorenzo when I notice that he hadn't said anything for awhile nor does he complain about being unnecessarily drench in rain. Though the expression on his face cause my breath to hitched and my heart beating painfully hard against my chest.

"What-", I begin to ask.

Lorenzo took my hand in his still warm one despite being under the rain for few minutes now. My face instinctively lifted up to lean slightly forward as if an invisible force had lure me to touch those lips.

A small teasing smile grace his lips- Fuck, did I just stop breathing for a second there. Talk about cliché? Though I can't help but doing just that as his grin widen, as if he's aware of the effect he have over me at that moment.

I train my eyes to gaze into his. The warm and mischief apparent on those brown orbs allow my own smile to grace us with her present.

Lorenzo slowly bring his forehead against mine before he whispered, "Dance with me?"

I didn't act like a clueless idiot and ask 'What?' like the one in the movie or the usual '-but, it's raining' or '-but, there's no music' or 'I can't dance'. No, I just move with him. My body sway with him. Our laughter rival that of a distant sound of the bustling city. We let the beating sound of the rain as our rhythm and from the natural way he leads me- I dance.

I Fucking dance. In the rain. Like the one on the Romance Novel but this is even better because I can feel the rain sliding down my skin, the warm of his touch, the tingling sensation as his breath hit my lips, the gentle way he move us, the way he looks at me as if I just give him the fucking world and the way he whispered my name.
