I woke up bright and early the next morning
of coarse, Riley was already awake
infact, she was packed, dressed, and ready to go
"I cannot believe we're going to Paris"! Riley squealed
'Yayyy, how exciting". I said saracasticly
"Whats wrong"? Riley frowned
"I just.....I fell weird leaving Laya". I shrugged "I'm gonna miss her so much".
"Maya....you've left Laya before". Riley said "Why is it so hard now".
"I don't know". I shrugged "I trust Lucas with all of my heart".
"I know". Riley smirked "Its hard because its easy".
"What"? I asked
"Its so easy that it seems to good to be true". Riley said
"I guess". I shrugged
"Maya, what is this really about". Riley crossed her arms "Ever since Lucas came, you've been all emotional".
"Its....I....he..." I hesitated "I....I never stopped loving Lucas. And now that he's back, I actually thought that maybe we could get back together. Then Willow came along and.....and".
"And what, Maya". Riley asked
"And....it just feels like he's breaking my heart all over again". I started to tear up
"You still love Lucas". Riley smiled
"No I don't"! I refused
"Maya...I'm your best friend. I know everything there is to possibly know about you". Riley chuckled
"Fine". I gave up "I still love Lucas
"So what are you gonna do about it"? Riley asked
"I don't know". I shrugged
Laya came running out of the hallway
She was still in her pink pajama's and her blonde pigtails
"Is Lucas here yet"? She asked
"He'll be here soon". I smiled
about 10 minutes later Lucas pulled in to the driveway
