Sivaangi Neelakandan, daughter of Meghna and Neelakandan who run a MN enterprises. A company they started togeather and now running togeather. Megna's only wish was to bring their company to no. 1 which dint happen as Meghna and Neelakandan seperated after a rift. Megna died of illness when Sivaangi was 17, who was convinced that her mother's ill health was solely because of her dad and despised him completely. She believed that her father used her mother for money and hated him more when he got remarried and cut ties with him and his relatives completely. With the help of her maternal uncle the company ran smoothly without much profit or loss until Sivaangi completed her studies, working day and night excelling her skills to make her mother's dream come true. She took over the company when she was 22 and brought it to a top 10 position in a matter of 2 years. Knowing that half of the company was still in her father's name and that he was seeing money from her hardwork she confronts him to sign the papers and move away when her father puts forth a nerve wrecking deal for her.
Ashwin was a next door boy from a middle class family, he is the nephew of Neelakandan. Ashwin has always admired Sivaangi from when she was small. She was always his favorite cousin and has been in love with her ever since he saw her in saree for the first time in her puberty function. He knew it was absurd as she was just 13 but he was 19 and love just works that way. He missed her after his uncle and aunt seperated and his heart broke when he saw his Sivaangi becoming a closed off person after her mother's demise. He still wonders why she cut ties with them completely as he thought she too liked him but now it's been years since he last saw her. Their family owes a lot to Neelakandan as he helped them a lot when his father was in debt, irrespective of his messy personal life Ashwin believed Neelakandan was a good person. Wondering about her and living with her memories destiny decided to make Ashwin's wish a reality.
