Once Deathstorm disappeared the room was silent. Barry got up and walked down to the medbay where he saw Frost's body lying peacefully on the medical bed.

Barry instantly teared up when he saw his friend. He walked over to her and pulled a chair next to her bed and sat down. "Frost i am so sorry" he started already choked up.

"I shouldn't have let you go after Deathstorm by yourself, i should have thought about what could happen to you once you absorbed all of his energy" Barry said tears now spilling from his eyes he started full on crying.

After a few minutes of him crying he felt a hand grab his shoulder. He looked up and saw Cecile. "Oh Barry" she said softly as she leaned down to hug him.

Barry sat there still crying as Cecile hugged him and softly tried to soothe him "its not your fault Barr" she tried to assure him.

"Of course it's my fault Cecile, if had just been strong enough i could have stopped him, I should've been to the one to absorb Deathstorm's energy and die not Frost" he argued still crying.

"Frost knew what could happen, and she decided to be the hero, besides you couldn't have stopped her even if you wanted to you know her" Cecile replied.

"She died for nothing" Barry mumbled "she died stopping Deathstorm and he is still alive" he stated.

"No" Cecile replied turning Barry's face to hers "she died to save Caitlin and now we have a chance to, Frost was strong in the end so we have to be strong now for Caitlin or else we aren't going to get her back" Cecile stated.

Barry wiped his eyes and slowly stopped crying "when did you start giving speeches i thought that was joe's thing" he joked as he wiped his nose with his hand.

"Well let's just say the old man is rubbing off on me" she joked witch made Barry smile. "common sweatheart lets get out of here" she said as she got up and left the room and Barry followed.

They went to the cortex where everyone had gathered and was waiting. Imeddiently everyone started bombarding him with questions "whats the plan? What are we going to do? When are we going to kill that bastard?...."

Barry just shook his head "i dont know, i mean i can't use my powers, we have no tech that can help us, and we are stuck here" he stated.

"Well there has to be something we can do right!?" Iris snapped.

Barry got an idea "we have to stay happy" he stated.

"What!" Mark snapped "Frost just died, Caitlin was just kidnapped and you want us all to stay happy?!"

"I know it may seem dumb but Deathstorm said it himself he's siphoning our grief as we speak and he is going to use that he can turn Caitlin, so we don't focus on the pain we feel instead we just reminisce stay positive and think of a plan" he stated.

Mark rolled his eyes "unlike you Flash im not going to ignore that Frost just died, im going to go grieve weather you like it or not" he snapped shoving past Barry into the medbay.

"The rest of you stay positive and ill be back" he stated.

"Where are you going?" Iris asked.

"To prove a theory one that may help us in the long run" Barry explained.

He slowly walked down the Star labs stairs "god this is alot harder and slower without my speed" he thought to himself.

Once he made it outside he saw the barrier and walked over to touch it. It instantly burned his hand heat feeling as though he touched the sun.

He thought for a few moments "well she did say to call if i need anything or just anytime so.." he said aloud to himself.

"KARA!!!!" He shouted as loud as he could.
