Killer Frost reborn

Caitlin:

Barry was laying on the ground unconscious and Caitlin quickly rushed to his aid.

"Im sorry Barry" she whispered "but i can't let you stop me" she added as she put some meta dampeners on Barry's arms.

She ended up tying Barry to one of the kitchen chairs she had lying around "who knows if i can revive Frost then maybe i could clone Barry" she thought to herself with a smile "of course Iris would get the clone" she added.

After quite a few minutes Barry woke up slowly. He tired to get out of the restraints to no avail "you can't get out Barr, i put some meta cuffs you" Caitlin told him.

"Caitlin let me go" Barry asked calmly.

Caitlin shook her head "if i do you would destroy everything i have worked on" she stated.

Barry struggled a little more "Barr stop that its distracting" Caitlin asked politely.

"Caitlin you have to stop" Barry told her.

She spun around to face him "stop?" She scoffed "Barry im already half way there, i assessed my latent cryogene now all i need to do is use the mirror gun on myself and use the strand of Frost's hair to make sure her memories are there" Caitlin explained.

"Caitlin what if the Frost you make isn't the one we know and love?" Barry asked.

Caitlin shook her head "that's ridiculous Barry, ive run all the tests".

"Cait when Frost first appeared she was mainly all your pent up emotions at first, what makes you think this Frost won't be the same, especially without you in the same body to control her she would run rampant" Barry reasoned.

"Rampant or not it would mean Frost is alive" Caitlin argued.

Barry slowly shook his head "Caitlin this Frost could be entirely different" he tried to reason.

Caitlin wasn't listening to any of it "think Barry, if this works it means we can clone people, we could go back in time and save so many lives, H.R, your mom, your dad, my dad, Oliver, Harry, Jesse, we could make clone them so that one still dies to keep the timeline intact and then they could all live in the present" Caitlin said excitedly.

"Cait please"

Caitlin scoffed "you know i would have thought out of anyone you would understand" she whispered softly.

"Cait i do understand" Barry replied.

Caitlin spun around to face him "no you don't! You've never understood!" She snapped and she could feel herself loosening control.

"Yes i do, i saw the recording" Barry stated and Caitlin froze.

"What recording?" She asked already knowing the answer.

"The one were you admitted your feelings for me" Barry replied "and Cait if im going to be honest with myself i feel the same way, that is why i can't let you destroy the amazing person that you are" he explained and Caitlin felt torn.

"So what you just..say you love me then except me to let you go?" Caitlin asked.

Barry shook his head "im not expecting anything Caitlin" he replied "if your not going to change about it then let me help you" Barry pleaded.

Caitlin felt as though her heart was going to explode "he loves me" she thought to herself "he's just trying to use you" a voice in her head whispered.

"Caitlin please" Barry begged and Caitlin couldn't take it and pressed the button she had linked to the cuffs and they deactivated.

Barry got up slowly and cautiously but Caitlin ran over to him and wrapped her arms around him as tight as she could.
