Death

Through fire
Through flame
Regardless of shame
We all shall sleep
In darkness deep
The sirens shall sing
As the demons now bring
The chains to hold us in the ground
To keep us imprisoned in darkness bound
We try to cry we try to scream
No sound to hear beyond death's seams
The cold coils around us threatening to kill
Our screams echo the void to fill
In life our cries were muted by our peers
In death our screams are a feast for our fears
We sink into judgement a heavenly sight
Awaiting our judgement our savior or blight
If our verdict is yes then we will break free
But if no is the answer in chains forever we will be
If you find this false just wait your turn
For one day the light you shall yearn
But into the dark you will fall
Like those before you
Like us all
