Part 16
You and George both walk into the house dripping wet, Jaymi runs at you and says "(y/n) quick, Josh is on tv" he shouted upset so you ran in and saw everybody crowding around the tv, Josh was on the news:
Reporter - Union J band member Josh Cuthbert was in a car crush a few minutes ago, a car driving over the speed limit hit Josh's car and his car was found upside down on the road, the other driving must of driven off because there is no sign of it in the surrounding area, Josh has been taken to hospital for emergency treatments, I'll keep you updated on the news, now for weather...
Hollie turns off the tv, you just stood there in shock, you felt numb, George then said "I'll drive (y/n) to hospital, meet you guys there in a few minutes" everybody nodded as Olly came downstairs with some shorts and a shirt, you put it on and George grabbed the car keys and drove to the hospital.
When you got there you went to the front desk:
Nurse - hi, can I help you
George - hi yes, um, we're here to see Josh Cuthbert
Nurse - ah you must be George Shelley and (y/n)
You - hi, yes we are now can we see him
Nurse - I'm sorry but you can't
You - WHY NOT
George - (y/n) calm down
Nurse - I'm sorry but he is having an operation
You - is he that badly hurt
Nurse - we don't know how bad it is but we'll see soon, if you just sit down and we will call you when he is ready
George - ok, thank you
You and George sit down, you put your head in your hands and start crying, George rubbed your back and whispered "its going to be alright" you look up and say "what if its not, what if he doesn't make it, did you think about that" George hands you a tissue and you dry your eyes. Hollie, Daisy, Jaymi, Olly and JJ walk through the door, George then shouts "GUYS, OVER HERE" they look at you and walk over to sit around you:
JJ - so, how is he
George - we don't know, he is having an operation now
Daisy - must be serious
You - please don't say that
Daisy - sorry
Jaymi - don't worry (y/n), he's a strong boy, he'll make it through
You - you're right
Olly - I'm going to get him a gift
Jaymi - I'll come with you
*Olly and Jaymi walk to the gift shop while Daisy, Hollie, George and JJ comfort you*
--- 2 Hours Later ---
Nurse - um, excuse me
*you all look up at the nurse*
Nurse - your friend has just finished his operation, he is still asleep but of you want to see him you can
You - can I see him
George - yeah me too
Daisy - can we all see him
Nurse - oh, only a couple at a time sorry
Olly - how about of JJ, George, (y/n) and Jaymi go
JJ - are you sure
Daisy - go ahead
Hollie - we'll go get lunch
Olly - make sure you give him this
*Olly passes you a teddy bear and flowers*
You - sure
Nurse - ok follow me please
The nurse walks you to a private room where Josh was sleeping, she opens to door to let you guys in the walks off, you walk over to Josh's bed while the others waited by the door, you started talking to him:
You - hi Josh, I know you probably can't hear me but, well, Olly and Jaymi got you something, here *you put the flowers and teddy on a table next to the bed* you got me worried, well everybody worried, you know we spent nearly 2 hours waiting for you, here we are, if you can hear me please wake up *you wait a few seconds and then you start crying on his lap* just wake up
George walks behind you and says "c'mon" you look at him and the boys and said "I'm not leaving, I'm going to stay with him until he wakes up, I don't care if its hours, days, weeks, months, I'm not leaving until he's awake" the boys stare at you and Jaymi said "(y/n) that's crazy" you look at him and said "call me crazy, I love him and I'm staying with him, he would've done the same for me" Jaymi and JJ walk out the room and George said "ok, I'll bring you some lunch" George left the room and it was just you and Josh.
