--- 1 Hour Later ---
You heard a knocking at the door, you knew Daisy and George were upstairs watching tv so you answered, it was Jaymi and Olly, you hugged them and they came in and sat on the sofa, you sat next to them and started talking:
Olly - babe, its been too long
You - I know I know
Olly - so what's happening with you and Josh?
You - well we're going out tonight
Jaymi - what you're back together already
You - oh hell no, we're just friends
Olly - well I guess its a good step
You - one step at a time
Jaymi - good saying
You - I know, I got it off twitter
Jaymi - *sarcastic* really inventive
You - don't use that tone with me
Jaymi - sorry mother
You - don't make me come over there
Olly - calm down
Jaymi - god (y/n)
You - god Jaymi
*you all start laughing and then George comes downstairs*
George - oh I didn't know my boy was here
Olly - here I am
George - I meant Jaymi
Olly - I know
Jaymi - GEORGE!
George - JAYMI!
You - (Y/N)!
George - why did you say your own name
You - I felt left out
Olly - bless
You - so you've finally taken your hands off Daisy
George - she wanted a cup of tea ACTUALLY
You - ok, whatever
George - its true
You - *sarcastic* I believe you
George - fine, watch us if you don't believe us
You - sorry I don't watch porn
Olly - ohhhh
Jaymi - George would you like some ice for that burn
George - shut up you guys
You - I win
George - *whispers in your ear* for now
George walks off to get a cup of tea for Daisy. For about 2 hours you just sat and talked to Jaymi and Olly. When they finally left you got a call from Josh, you walked up to the house phone and answered it:
You - hello
Josh - hey its Josh
You - I know, caller ID
Josh - oh right, I wanted to talk to you
You - what, about tonight?
Josh - yeah, you don't have to wear anything fancy but wear a pretty dress
You - um ok, why a dress?
Josh - you look, perfect in dresses
You - thanks, just remember, this isn't a date
Josh - don't worry, I know
You - good
Josh - ok well I'll leave you to get ready
You - alrighty, bye Josh
Josh - bye baby girl
You hung up the phone, Josh called you baby girl, how sweet. You ran up to your bedroom and went to your wardrobe, you needed a non-formal dress, you looked for a while, you couldn't find anything, you looked down to see a pink box with a white lace bow on it, you picked it up and put it on the bed, there was a letter on it which said:
To my little angel, (y/n)
I wore this dress on my first ever date with your father, it has brought me good luck and happiness for years and years and years, hopefully it'll do the same for you, now I don't know what you'll do with this dress but please look after it the way I looked after you, I know its probably not as cool or "hip" as what you'll wear when you're older but maybe it'll bring back memories. If you are reading this in the future then I want to wish you the best of luck with school, jobs, friends, family, relationships, and remember, live everyday with a smile

You smiled at the letter and put it by the box, you opened the box to find a beautiful light pink, strapless lace dress, it was a little dusty and had a couple of rips but you knew that you could fix them in time for dinner with Josh. You spent about half and hour sewing the dress and making it look new again, and it worked, it smelt so nice, just like roses, which was the purfume your mum use to wear, you had half and hour until Josh picked you up so quickly brushed your hair, do your make up, put the dress on and put some shoes on then you went downstairs and got your handbag and waited for Josh to come. 5 minutes later Josh knocked on the door, you quickly looked in the mirror to check of you looked alright then opened the door:
You - hi
Josh - wow you look, amazing
You - you look nice too
*Josh just stared at you*
You - um are you ready to go?
Josh - oh yeah, sorry
You laughed and Josh walked you to his car, he opened the door and you got in, it was just the start of a long night.
