when cool air mixes
with warm a strange
swirl of sorts starts
to form.
this sometimes happens
by clusters of leaves,
and though you can't
see the air you can see
the outline of these
mini tornadoes traveling
along sidewalks and the
brinks of parking lots.
I like to
step on and
walk through
them.
not only as revenge
for the lives tornadoes
have taken, but also for
how powerful it makes me
feel.
