High school lovers, with a girly twist<3

The avoidance :/

I take a deep breath, then heads out of the classroom while trying to keep my mind at ease.

I make my way over to my locker, but then I see a very unpleasant scene.

Over with Jenny's locker stands her and Nick, dangerously close.

I stand in their area completely frozen, awkwardly staring at them.

Nick twirls Jenny's hair around his pointy finger, then comments.

-You are the most beautiful girl at this school, I really do like you..

Jenny just smiles at him, Nicks eyes then looks down at her lips.

As he moves closer to her, she puts her finger over his lips.

They both laugh with each other, looking like a straight high school couple.

The bell then rings, and I sprint away.

My heart beats rapidly as I make my way over to my next class.

As I'm getting close to my next class, my brain goes on auto pilot.

I then feel myself crash down onto the ground, and a familiar voice complain.

-Ow, Oh! Vivian!

Ajex says as he gets up, he then reaches out his hand.

I grip onto his hand, he then pulls me up.

-I didn't see you there!

He laughs, I then re-adjust my backpack.

-I am so sorry! My mind kinda went on auto pilot for a moment there.

I apologize but he just smiles, then fixes my hair.

-It's okay don't worry, let's go!

He says as he takes ahold of my hand and pulls me inside the classroom, he then makes his way to his buddies in the back of the classroom .

I let go of his hand and sits down next to Liam, who's sitting in the middle of the classroom.

-You finally made it, how are you feeling?

He asks me, I put my backpack down then replies.

-I have felt quite an adrenaline rush so I am feeling way more awake

Liam laughs then brings out his sketchbook, he then slides it over to me.

-Open the last page of the sketchbook, there's a surprise!

He whispers, I find the last page of the sketchbook and my eyes widen in happiness.

On the last page of Liam's bright turquoise sketchbook is a drawing of me, and boy did it look amazing.

-You drew this?!

I whisper a little to loud, he nods.

I pick up the sketchbook and hugs it as hard as I can, I then hug Liam.

-Thank you!!

As I'm thanking him, I hear someone add an comment on the hug.

-Awh! Liam is blushing!

I turn to look at the person, and there sits Nick smirking.

I roll my eyes, then whispers to Liam.

-Don't listen to him Liam, he isn't worth your time.

Liam looks over at Ajex, who seems very upset about Nick's idiotic comment.

-It's a joke, are you really that sensitive?

Nick asks in a mocking way, Liam continues to stare at Ajex in disappointment.

-You two in the back, shut your mouths!

The teacher says angry as she stares angry at Liam and Nick, as she turns back around to the whiteboard , stuff goes down.

-Nick, can't you just stop inviting yourself into other peoples business for once?

Liam asks him politely, even with a smile.

Nick opens his mouth to say something, but instead he shuts his mouth and turns away.

Liam smiles happily, the bell then rings and people start to pack their things.

I pick up my backpack and makes my way to the exit of the classroom, then seeing Jenny in the distance.

I turn away from her, acting like she isn't there.

Nick then leaves the classroom as Jenny is about to enter it, they bump into each other in a very awkward way.

They both laugh, Nick's hands suddenly travel down to her waist then moves her out of the way.

Then walks away while cheering to himself quietly, I can see in the corner of my eye that Jenny did certainty not like it.

She stands beside me, waiting for a conversation to start.

As Ajex and Liam finally leave the classroom, I join in on their conversation and walks away with them.

Completely ignoring Jenny's presence, I can hear her sigh.

-Lets go get lunch, I am starving!

Ajex adds randomly, me and Liam agree and we make our way towards the cafeteria.

The cafeteria is practically completely full, but in the distance there's an empty table.

Liam then runs over to the table, squeezing himself between everyone in his way.

He then slides onto the seats, being very proud of himself.

-I have packed lunch today, I am not standing in the cafeteria lines ever again.

Liam says then pulls out his lunch box, he then starts devouring his lunch like the world is about to end any second now.

As we get a good flow in our conversation, someone decides to sit directly beside me.

And that someone is Jenny, I move a little out of the way awkwardly.

-Oh sorry! Is it okay we sit here?

She asks, I shake my head.

She looks at me confused, and so does the rest of her little group.

-Sit somewhere else please.

I say a little angry, Jenny looks at her friends then makes her leave.

Ajex then looks at me confused, I sigh softly.

-Are you mad at Jenny or something?

He asks, I shrug.

-I just don't like her presence at the moment..

Liam and Ajex looks at each other, I then give in.

-Her and Nick were openly flirting near her locker, and it made me very uncomfortable.

-Oh! So you have a crush on Jenny?
