Beat up

I sit down in my assigned seat, and pulls out my notebook and pen.

The sun shines brightly into the classroom, as more people flow into the classroom.

I scan the room for someone I know, with no luck whatsoever.

As mostly everyone has sat down, one person is missing.

The person that's supposed to sit beside me, and I have no clue who it is.

So as I see who enters the room, my jaw drops.

There stands Nick, looking for his seat.

I look away instantly when he starts to make his way towards the seat beside me, he pulls the seat away from the desk and sits down.

-Hey.

He says , as the teacher starts teaching.

-Hello..

I say politely but also quietly, he rolls his eyes.

-I know what you and Jenny are up too, and I do not like it.

My heart stops, what does he mean "not like"?

-Eh? What are you talking about?..

I whisper, he then repeats himself.

-I know exactly what you and Jenny are up too, and I don't support it.

He looks at me disgusted, I can feel a ball in my throat.

-Why do you not support it..?

I ask him slowly, trying not to cry.

-You are disgusting, you are a girl. Who is supposed to like boys, not the same gender.

Nick looks at me even more disgusted, a singular tear runs down my cheek.

-Not you crying, weirdo.

That one singular tear turns into several, I push my chair away from the desk and runs out of the classroom.

The tears continue coming, and they won't stop.

I run into the bathroom and hides myself in the stalls, as the tears streams down.

I then hear the bathroom door open, and a loud and strong voice speaks out.

-Vivian, I know you are in here.

Nick says mad, I cover my mouth scared.

-Why are you in here?!

I scream at him, he laughs.

-You could've gotten me in trouble, the teacher almost blamed me for your crybaby ass.

He grips onto my stall door and swings the door open, he then grabs my shirt and pulls me out of the stall.

-You shouldn't be here, you are a disappointment.

He says, he then fist punches me in the nose.

I scream in pain, I then start to kick him as much as I can.

-Oh shut up!

He punches me again but with much more force, and it takes me out.

My eyes shuts closed as my body sinks, he then drops me and runs away in fear.

As I lay there passed out, my nose starts to bleed out.

Some time later, I wake up in the bathroom again.

My clothes are covered in blood, and the floor is too.

I try to get up on my feet but my legs feels like jelly, so I collapse back down.

I take slow and large breaths as I crawl my way over to the sink, I then pull myself up.

I start to wash my face and my clothes, I then walk out.

The halls are filled with people, so I try and push myself through.

I make it to the classroom I was in earlier, and gets my things quickly.

-Oh, so the weirdo has finally has woken up?

Nick towers over me as I pick up my stuff, he then slaps me across the face.

-Just piss off Nick!!

I scream with all of my might, I then punch him.

He backs away shocked, I then make my escape.

I run out of the school, and hides myself in the forest which is near the school grounds.

My heart beats faster then ever, and my breath is fast and heavy.

I look at my hands and they are red, from the force of the punch and blood.

I start to sob, but this sobbing turns into hyperventilating.

As my breath starts going faster, and more tears falls down.

I hear someone calling for me in the distance, I cover my mouth as I come out of my hiding.

There stands Ajex, calling out my name.

He then makes eye contact with me, and rushes to me.

I get up and runs away, I don't want him to see me in this state.

But he is much faster then me, so he catches up with me quickly.

He grabs my arm and pulls me to him, I try to push him away as he hold me tightly.

-What's going on Vivian? Tell me what's going on!

He says while panicking, I then start to calm down.

He grabs my chin, then gasps.

-Your nose is literally broken, I'm not a doctor but your nose has never looked like that! Vivian, what is going on?!

He makes me sit down on a tree stump, as he studies my face.

-Nick hit me, because of my sexuality.

Ajex's face goes from panicked to a questioning face.

-I am a lesbian Ajex, and I am in love with Jenny.

I confess, he then hugs me.

-I am so sorry, I never knew you are going through that. Is your face feeling better?

I nod, with a smile.

-I support you Vivian, I always will. Now, I got someone too deal with.
