-----------------
"Emiko," someone called from above her head. "Emiko," they called again. "Wake up you useless nobody!" they finally yelled.

Emiko opened her eyes to see a white-haired woman who looked to be in her 20's standing over her. She suddenly recognized her as the person who had objected at her wedding in her last dream. "Oh, hello sister. What are you doing in here?" Emiko heard herself ask. 'She's my sister?' Emiko asked from inside her conscious.

"How dare someone like you call me your sister!" she screamed.

"I- I'm sorry ma'am I don't know what came over me!" Emiko apologized while tiny tears started to swell up in her eyes.

"Are you really about to cry? How pathetic!" the older woman spat as she turned to leave, "My mother you to come downstairs to discuss something or whatever. Hurry up so you can finish the dishes as well."

"Y-yes," Emiko muttered as tears fell from her eyes. 'I feel like I've seen this before... it's almost as if this was my past life. There's no other explanation for it. After all, I've never seen anyone who looks like that lady,' Emiko concluded as she felt herself stand up. Emiko moved over to a long mirror and glanced at her reflection. 'I-it's me b-but older!' she screamed from her conscious. This Emiko had longer hair and was taller with a much more lean body. She was truly beautiful and looked to be around 18. "Maybe since it's my birthday today ma'am will let me go visit the butterfly garden!" Emiko wished excitedly. She quickly changed clothes and walked downstairs to see a man she's never seen before sitting next to her 'sister' and talking to an old woman who was most likely her mother.

"Yes, so then do we have an agreement," the foreign man asked.

Emiko's steps became slower until she stopped and unknowingly began to easdrop. "Yes, I thank you f-"

Before the oldest woman could finish, Emiko's 'sister' spoke up, "Mother please don't agree to this! It's not fair that Emiko gets to go off and marry before I do!"

"Akane! Calm yourself! What has gotten into you? With this we'll be able to marry off that lowlife and be rid of her for the rest of our lives."

"I know mother but can't we just marry her off to another man later," Akane said. Suddenly with an innocent smile Akane proposed, "How about I can marry Hao and Emiko can find a husband later on?"

Hao's eyes darkened a bit as Akane looped her arms around Hao's arm in a secure squeeze. The older lady hummed to herself in thought until she saw Hao's disapproving glare, "I'm sorry Akane but the marriage between Emiko Asamo and Hao Asakura has already been decided and finalized."

'MARRIED? TO HAO? ASAKURA?' questions bombarded Emiko's consciousness, 'Alright calm down Emiko. Ok so I was married to Hao like 1,000 years ago, no big deal. Ok maybe it's a big deal! Wait and isn't Asakura Yoh's surname? That's why they look so alike! They're rela-'

Emiko's thoughts were cut off when she heard herself yell from the staircase, "What is this about marriage?"

Everyone turned their heads towards Emiko. Her eyes would only look at her mother. She didn't want to look at her fiancé right now. Not ever if she could help it. After a moment of silence her mother spoke first, "Emiko! How dare you interrupt our conversation! Have you no manners!?"

"I-I apologize mo- ma'am," Emiko muttered uselessly.

The older woman narrowed her eyes at her but turned back towards Hao. Before she could say anything Hao said, "She's your daughter but she's not allowed to call you mother? How interesting."
