Chapter1:Dakness meets coldness.

300 years later.....

"Heads up!" shouted a young man. His hair was white,pale skined, & had beautiful blue eyes. This was Jack Frost. He threw a snowball and hit another boy, about 10 or so, in the back of the head. This was Jamie. "Hey, what was THAT for?" he scolded. "I said heads up!" Jack said playful. "If we're going to start a snowball fight, I'll get some more people." Jamie replied. Jamie hurried off to get his friends. Jack waited, & waited until he saw something dark move through the forest. He started to come closer, but a moment later, a snowball launched by his head. Jack swung around to see Jamie and his friends right behind him. Jack raised one eyebrow and asked,"Ready?" "READY!" shouted the other kids. "Then lets begin!" Jamie hollered.In an instent, the fight began with snow balls fling through the air. They laughed as they hit each other time by time. Jack desided to make a run for it. "Hey, get back here!" shouted a little girl. She was Jamie's little sister. Everyone glanced at Jack and charged after him. Jack ran as fast as he could, but boy these kids were pretty fast! Jack made a swift turn and lost them. He ended up at a lake, the lake he rose from. Out of breath, he sat down on the nearbly bench to rest a bit. On the other side of the lake,though, the was another girl. With that black hair, light gray skin and eyes with a bit of mauve, is surely was Envy Black. She sat there, holding her bow n' arrow, then slightly looked a Jack. Instantly, his white hair made her curious and wonder Who is he? She looked away once Jack looked to her with curious looks a well.She can see me? he wondered. Suddenly, a snowball hit him in the back of the head. It was Jamie. "HA! I GOT YOU, JACK!" he laughed. Jack laughed a little,too. Envy giggled and blushed thinking,Jack? How is his name sound... She suddenly remembered the funeral 300 years ago. Envy still smiled. "It's getting late,Jack. We should go home now." Jamie said. "Wel, later!" he said. his friends also said good-bye then left. Jack looked back at the bench where Envy was sitting. She looked at him. Jack & Envy were the only ones there now. He blushed, wondering what to say. "Um.. he.. hello? he said, still wondering if she would respon. In a second, she was about 2 yards away from him.His eyes grew wider, seeing her up closer. Envy was beautiful. "Hi!" she said she looked happy, like, she hadn't met another person before. "So you can see me & hear me?" he asked. "Why yes, of crose! Why wouldn't I be able to see you?" "Hard to explain, you know?" he said in a shakeful voice. Envy still wondered Why woluldn't I be able to see him? "I'm inmortal, so I guess you are too,right?" she asked with her head turned sideways. Jack nodded. Envy looked at him &, looking both ways, whispered,"Do you know the guardians?" "Um, yeah! I am friends with them!"
