Shuichi heard a knock on his door. He groaned and set down his book. He stood by the door before opening it.

"Who is it?"

"It's Tenko!! Open the door, degenerate male!!"

No.

Not Tenko.

Solemnly he opened the door, revealing Tenko, Himiko and Angie standing in a row. Himiko had a blanket in her arms, with something less than half her size under it.

"What do you guys want?" Shuichi said, trying not to sound annoyed at the three loud girls.

Himiko shifted uncomfortably and looked to the side.

"Nyeh.. I was doing a magic trick and it..... kinda went wrong." she said quietly.

What was that supposed to mean?

Suddenly Angie took the blanket and shoved it into Shuichi's arms. She took Tenko and Himiko's hands and ran.

"Wait, what-"

Too late, they were gone. Shuichi, still confused, walked back into his room and set the blanket on his bed. He sat for a moment, then shrieked when it moved. He snatched the blanket and jumped backward, fully convinced he was about to die at the hands of three lesbians.

He blinked his eyes and stared at what was under the blanket:

A toddler-version of his kinda-sorta-maybe crush, Kokichi Oma.

"KOKICHI WHAT-" he started, before the boy shrieked and smiled.

"ISHIIIII!!!" he screamed, reaching out to him.

Shuichi stood there and blinked a few times., trying to collect his thoughts. After a few moments, he walked over and picked up Kokichi, who seemed overjoyed at being held by the taller ravenette. Kokichi motioned to his shoulders and head.

"Uppy!!" he exclaimed. Shuichi sat Kokichi on his shoulders, to which the boy cheered and giggled.

How could Kokichi Oma , a leader of evil and malice, nothing more than "a problem with no solution", be so adorable?

Shuichi was brought out of his thoughts by a firm knock on the door.

"Sidekick? You coming for training?"

Kaito's loud voice came boldly though his door.

"Ah, no, I'm busy right now." he responded kindly, hoping Kaito would just take that as a response and leave.

But no.

It's Kaito.

"Why not? You doing alright, Shuichi? Let me come in and we can talk!" came the same voice.

Shuichi didn't want to let him in. Kokichi and Kaito were on bad terms as it was; having them together under these circumstances would not aid the situation, for sure.

"Really, Kaito, I'm fine, you can go train-"

" Nonsense !! You're my sidekick, and I should help my bro out in a time of crisis!" Kaito exclaimed loudly. The doorknob began to turn, and Shuichi couldn't think fast enough.

Kaito's hero-complex was getting to be overwhelming as of late.

The door opened, and Kaito stood proudly in the doorway until he saw Shuichi holding a toddler Kokichi in his shoulders.

". . ."

". . ."

"KAI-HOOOOO!!" Kokichi shrieked. He jumped off of Shuichi's shoulders - which, to Shuichi's relief, didn't injure him - and ran up to Kaito. Once he was standing in front of the astronaut, everyone stood there in uncomfortable silence again. Until Kokichi finally spoke again.
