Ruby looked over the horizon and she saw team CLDR over the horizon and smirked "Neo I found our targets" Ruby laughed sinisterly "I know Cardin he wouldn't contact the others that he came into contact with me due to his pride what a pathetic man" she scoffed Ruby began to descend the mountain side getting closer and closer to team CLDR, Neo swiftly and nimbly following "Hey Cardin!!!" Ruby screamed catching his attention "Follow me you dumb bastard!!" She snarled Cardin cracked his knuckles "I've been itching to kill you Rose so nice for you to show yourself to me" the man growled "Let's go!!" Cardin screamed as he and his team started climbing up the mountain Sky stopped climbing after a few seconds realizing if they climb to the top they will be out of communication range "guys don't be stupid!!" Sky yelled to his teammates Dove and Russel thought about it for a second and tried climbing down but Cardin grabbed Russel before he could descend he tossed him up higher than him "keep climbing!!!" He snarled as they continued to climb eventually the two made it to the top Cardin saw Ruby sitting on a nearby "wow I didn't expect you to be dumb enough to follow me" Ruby said sarcastically rolling her eyes "Ruby Rose we will take you down" Cardin growled not knowing that Neo had taken out the other man Ruby looked at him with a puzzled look "We? You look alone to me" Cardin looked down and saw Russel on the ground. Cardin was standing in a puddle of blood coming from his teammate. He looked at Ruby in horror. "What did you do you bitch!!!" Cardin screamed, grabbing his executioner. Ruby rolled her eyes again. "I didn't do anything. You did this to yourself" she said, clearly mocking him. "You bastard!!!" he screamed, running towards the girl.

Ruby pov- Cardin ran towards me he began to raise his arm to slam down his mace so I unsheathed my katana and in an instant I sliced of his left arm before he could realize I watched as he still moved what remained of his arm down towards me I threw my katana in my other hand and sliced him at an arc blood sprayed out as he fell to the ground realizing on impact what just happened "you monster!!!" He screamed in fear punching me in the face it hurt a little but I tanked it realizing what me getting hit entailed for Neo "how dare you hurt Neo" I growled confusing Cardin "Neo what do you mean!!!?" He shouted as I walked towards him he tried to scurry away but I slashed his legs severing his tendons he fell to the ground again barely managing to turn around he picked up a rock and threw it at me cutting my face in the process "you're going to hell for this!!!" Cardin screamed trying to pull himself away "there is no place in heaven or hell for scum like you" I said walking towards him with the mountain sand blowing in the wind creating a over me I lifted my katana "prepare to die Card-" I couldn't finish what I was saying due to stubbing my toe on a rock "fuck!!!" Neo and I screamed in unison both feeling the pain instantly as the scenery around us started to dissappear Neo now in visible view

Neo-Damnit Ruby you messed that up after all the time I spent making the scenery look cool.

Ruby- Don't look at me!! You're the one that made it too dusty to see Neo!!!

Cardin was looking at the two girls with a fearful and a puzzled look. Ruby was there talking to herself essentially... The other girl was silent the whole time. "I knew you were psychotic", Cardin coughed, still trying to get away. Ruby just glared at him as he went up to him. "I don't feel like killing you" she said as she started dragging him towards a big formation of rocks. She told Neo to do the same with Russel and told her to keep one of his daggers too Ruby and Neo went a safe distance away and Neo tossed the dagger to Ruby. The girl looked around and threw the dagger, so once it hit the rocks, it would cause a rockslide, burying the two alive. "Ruby, mark my words you slut, I'll survive this and come for you. I'll make sure I kill you!!" Cardin screamed as the rocks pelted him. Ruby glared at him as a huge boulder fell on top of him. The two girls heard a splatter. Blood seeped out under the boulder. Ruby asked if they should confirm whether or not Russel was dead but Ruby said it didn't matter since he lost a lot of blood and he was getting crushed. If he did survive, he'd suffocate. Neo activated overactive imagination, turning Ruby into Cardin and herself into Russell, and they descended the mountain to meet to the remaining members of CLDR.

Sky- what happened did you two beat Ruby?

Ruby (Cardin)- No that bitch got away

Dove- sorry we didn't follow you Cardin, we just didn't want to die

The two teammates asked why Russel wasn't talking, so Ruby made up an excuse that he was Russel was hit in the throat, so he lost his voice for the time being. The four of them made it back to one of the camps beacon had set up. Ruby whispered to Neo that they should stow away inside one of the armor tucks and get some rest, since they needed energy to fight ironwood. Neo nodded. The two girls crawled into the back of one of the trucks as Neo undid her semblance. Ruby wiped the blood off of the other girl's face and immediately embraced her. After a few seconds, she pulled away and looked longingly into Neo's heterochromatic eyes as she gently caressed her face. "what the hell are you doing?" Neo whispered, blushing. Ruby pulled away in a panic thinking she had messed up, but Neo immediately embraced the girl, let's stay like this for a little while. She whispered, Ruby agreed, hugging the girl back.
