Hellish Reality

Third person: When Qrow, Yang, and Glynda finally made it to the camp Beacon had set up in Atlus, they were met with a pool of blood and bodies. At the center of it all stood Ruby. Her katana still had the crimson liquid dripping off of it. The only survivor was Sky Lark. "You are a monster!" He screamed as he tried to crawl away, but it seemed like Ruby had already cut his legs off. "And you are a filthy coward." Ruby scoffed as she stepped on his head and repeatedly stomped on it until there was nothing left.

"Sis, what have you done?" Yang asked if the sight made her want to throw up. Ruby tilted her head slightly to the right and glared at the three as a sadistic smile crept up on her face. "Oh Uncle Qrow, Glynda, and you... who are you again?" Ruby asked, pointing at Yang, "I'm your sister, Yang!" Yang shouted in disbelief that Ruby would even say that. Ruby thought about it for a minute and laughed. "I'm not related to anyone worthless. You're just a waste of space." she grogily said, letting out a yawn.

"I don't see Weiess or Blake anywhere, so I assume they are already here." Ruby said, angering Yang, "You remember the damn ice queen but not your own sister!" She screamed, gritting her teeth. Ruby just sighed in annoyance, "I don't want to say this again. You are worthless. I don't even know why you are here. You are weak." Ruby said, belittling her. Yang was seething with anger. "I'm the strongest in our team!" She screamed, getting a real, genuine laugh from Ruby.

"You are pathetic. All you can do is punch your one trick pony. A damn waste of space. Honestly, a toddler would be more effective than you. Hell, Cardin is more of a threat than you, and he's dead!" Ruby laughed, "You honestly aren't worth killing. You could never stand up to me, no to us!" Ruby laughed. Yang looked at her. "You're insane!" She screamed. Ruby just nodded, agreeing with her for the first time in forever.

"Now that I have this, I will be able to beat you!" Yang yelled, unveiling the new and improved Cresent Rose. Ruby broke out in another fit of laughter. "Two worthless wastes of space coming together. You can't be fucking serious. " Ruby laughed. Qrow finally spoke, "I taught her how to use it. The three of us will defeat you! " Qrow yelled, "Three? I only see two of you. " Ruby said, "Qrow, look over there and see Glynda on the ground, lying there liflessly."

"Don't worry, she isn't dead." The only one I need to kill here is you, Uncle. " Ruby sighed. But honestly, the world could do without you, "she nonchalantly said. Qrow finally realised he wasn't dealing with Ruby anymore. The girl in front of him was a demon in disguise.

"You are truly evil." Qrow spat as he picked up his flask and took a quick drink. Ruby just glared at him. "I'm actually going to save the world from the parasite that is humanity." Ruby sadistically laughed. Yang ran towards her sister, attempting to punch her. "This won't do right Neo?" Ruby asked. Suddenly, Neo appeared in front of Yang and tripped her, causing her to go airborne and hurdle towards Ruby, who swiftly slashed Yang with her Katana. Ruby just disregarded her, never taking her focus away from Qrow.

Qrow growled, "I was going to talk you out of this, but now I see the best thing I can do is kill the current you." Ruby just yawned like he was boring her. "So cliché, your tenacity is making my stomach turn," Ruby said mockingly, walking towards Qrow while Yang was struggling to stand due to her wound and her slipping on the blood.

"What kind of fucked up universe is this!?" Yang barely managed to choke out actually catching Ruby's attention. "Does it matter? You're all dead anyways, and if you want to know what happened to me, you shouldn't have abandoned me back then." She laughed, telling Neo she could fight the garbage writhing on the ground.

Yang finally managed to stand up and swung Cresent Rose at Neo. She swiftly ducked under it and kicked Yang in the gut. Yang could have sworn she heard her ribs start to snap as she was kicked backwards. Yang had no choice but to stand back up, but she kept getting humiliated by Neo.

Ruby pov: I walked towards Qrow. I saw him clutching his scythe, ready to cut me down as soon as I got close. I heard Neo giggling behind me, "You were right, Yang is worthless." Neo laughed. I turned my back to Qrow so I could address her. "I know, right! She really is a loser. "I laughed. The two of them looked at me, questioning who I was talking to. I then remembered that I'm the only one that can hear Neo.

Qrow used this opportunity to try to kill me, but I backflipped over him and slashed him in the back. "I'm bored. It's no fun if you aren't into this mindless bloodsport. Come at me like you are going to kill me. Not like that is possible though." I yawned. I could tell I struck a nerve.

"I wonder who our fourth teammate will be. Maybe I'll find a faunus." I said, completely disregarding Qrow entirely, "No, I have no use for worthless creatures like them anyway." I sighed, saying it loud enough for Yang to hear, "You bastard!" Yang screamed, getting up and running towards me.

Neo intercepted her and lopped off her prothstetic arm. "Damn, I thought that was her real arm." she sighed, punching Yang in the face and instantly knocking her out. She then stepped on her arm and broke it in four different places. "There she has no arms." Neo laughed as she sat on Yang's unconscious body waiting for Ruby to dispatch Qrow.

"Uncle, I have a new technique. You want to see it?" I asked, pretending to be my old self before he could respond. I was already behind him and rose petals were attached all over his body. "What is this!" He asked in terror, "Your demise" I laughed, suddenly he was slashed in all the areas where there were rose petals. Since I was a little fatigued, I wasn't able to slice all the way through, but it was enough to leave him in critical condition.

"You're next Ironwood." I laughed. I looked at my katana and noticed all the blood had started to dye the blade red, a color I loved all so much now. I walked over to Neo and caressed her cheek before kissing her on the forehead. She was caught off guard by that, but she quickly accepted it.

"Ruby, do you want to just storm the tower?" Neo asked, knowing I wanted to paint Atlus red. I nodded, laughing at the thought of the pure carnage that was going to happen. "Let's go, it's time to end Ironwood's reign and for us to get Penny." I said as Neo and I made our way to the tower.
