battle in the nether

POV 3rd person

the plan was done, the nether outnumbered them 1 to million, so the Doctor had to come up with a plan, from the body of the fallen nether queen a star was found, the nether star, the Doctor could tell from a glance that it's powerful.

using something from his pocket he made a stun device, it would home in on the biology of nether lifeforms and stun them for a few hours. although the device was a lash up and possible it would break. then the Doctor, Azura, Daryll and Ceris came up with a plan.

POV Rain

I could feel it, I know the moment she died, like a light in my chest being put out. Naeus walked in and bowed followed by wither skeletons carrying a large blue box, that they placed down before leaving and leaving just me and Naeus in the room. "You let my wife die for that?" I asked. 

Naeus shook his skeleton head. "No my lord, I was expecting her to win, I'm sorry," he said.

I stood up and punched him into the wall. "You lie! I know you hate us because we have power over you!" 

Naeus fell down. "My lord, if the legend is true then that box is so much more, a time machine, if we can get into it, then we can go back, she never needs to die," Naeus walked over to the doors of the box. as he tried to open the door, I looked unamused. "It is protected by something, we will need the nether star from Abigail," 

"then we'll have to get it!" I declared. "We will lunch a full invasion of their base, prepare the troops we lunch are attack tomorrow," I ordered. 

POV Daryll

night time, now, we were getting ready before the Doctor's plans, we were going to need it, considering his plan is we walk in there. 'what a stupid, stupid plan' I thought to myself.

I knew that this Dexter wasn't my friend, not the one I'd known for 5 years, this was one that was twisted and messed up by this fucked up timeline, the Doctor said he could fix this but I wasn't sure. 

Ceris came out to meet me sitting just outside the tunnels. "this is wrong, I have seen what should be here, the people, the friends....then there's Charlie, but that's not important," she said. 

I looked at her. "You mentioned this Charlie a few times is he an end watcher?" I asked. 

"Gods no!" Ceris declared. "If he was an end watcher then I would have killed him a long time ago, he is a human from your future, I do not believe you to have met him, he is smart, but annoying much like the doctor, unlike the Doctor he's just a human, very nearly died, but somehow didn't," Ceris explained. 

"Ceris what do we do if the Doctor can't fix this? this world is just fucked up, there's no place here for us," I asked. 

Ceris looked up at the stars. "We fight, Daryll, we do what we've always done, we fight until we're dead or we've beaten them," Ceris answered. 

I sighed and looked down at the ground. "Yeah, it's one war to another isn't it, we beat Herobrine, then Naeus, and now this timeline, Ceris I'm sick of fighting, I'm sick of losing people," 

"We win in the end Daryll, we beat Naeus, I was there when he was killed," Ceris said. "The nether is defeated in the end," 

I looked up at her and nodded. "Thanks for being my friend," I answered. 

"Yeah," Ceris looked down sad. 

the silence was broken a few moments later. "Ahh there you two," the doctor said rubbing his hands together. "Are you both?" he asked. 

I nodded. "As ready as I'll ever be," I answered.

The Doctor smiled. "come on then, we've got to get my ship back,"
