The next few days at school were nothing special and I still haven't seen Eli since the day he invited me to the party tomorrow. I'm laying down in my bed looking at my friends snapchat stories and see that Sarah and John B are at the beach on a date. I want a love like theirs one day. It's obvious how dedicated they are to each other, and I really admire that. Pope posted a picture of the calculus homework he's working on... I'm so happy I don't have to suffer through that this year. Math is my weakest subject for a reason. Then I click on JJ's story and see that he's lying in John B's hammock back at the Chateau. It goes to the next one and I see a girl in the back. I wouldn't think anything of it except I know that JJ slept with her before. He told me he doesn't do repeats so why is she there? I know I shouldn't care but, for some reason it bothers me. I decide to call him. Before I can talk myself out of it, I've clicked on JJ's name and hit facetime.

"Wassup Kie?"

"Hey J, what are you doing?"

"Nothing just hanging, smoking a little."

"Cool. Are you alone?"

"No... why?"

Just then I see a girl, who I now recognize as Ashley, walk up and show her face to the camera. "Hey Kiara."

"Hey Ashley, what are you doing at John B's?"

"I had some weed, so JJ invited me over to smoke with him."

"I see. Well, I'll let you go J. Call me later."

"No, Kie hold on. She was just leaving."

I see Ashley smile and put her arms around JJ's neck as she says, "Yeah, I was just on my way out. See you later JJ." She kisses his cheek and I see her walk away.

Once I'm sure that she's gone I ask him, "What was that J?"

"What do you mean?"

"Since when did you and Ashley start hanging out again?"

"I got some weed for the party tomorrow and she asked if I wanted to share a blunt with her. I didn't think it was a big deal."

"It's not. I just want you to be careful of the company you keep. I don't trust her."

"You jealous princess?"

"Of her? Never." I roll my eyes.

"I think it's cute you care about me so much."

"Whatever J. So, what time should I expect y'all tomorrow?"

"John B said we'll leave right after school so we should be there around 7."

"I can't wait to see you guys. I don't have any friends here at all."

"What happened to Eli?"

"You remember that? He hasn't talked to me since he invited me to that party, I told you about."

"Screw him. You'll have your real friends here this weekend. It's going to be like no time has passed since we last saw each other."

I smile. "Hell yeah, P4L."

"P4L BABYYYY!!!"

I giggle and say, "Wake up the whole town why don't you?"

"Oh, I can do so much better than that. We haven't even hit the tip of the iceberg."

"Let's save that for when it's not quiet hours."

"Now that I think about it, you never answered my question from the other day."
