Chapter 5

"What!

Several adults, dressed in the finest robes of the bunch, uttered in shock. Naruto, Rias and the others looked around in curiosity, no more than the immortal shinobi himself.

"Now isn't this just fantastic." The blond chuckled humorously as he spun around and looked at every devils in the room, spinning his cap around on the tip of his finger as he continued "Everyone seems to know who I am, but I have no idea who you lots are… well, you guys are devils obviously, but can anyone tell me what the fuck I am to all of you? One free coupon at Uzumaki Food Paradise to the one who answers that question" He offered, even though his tone became a bit more serious than before.

"It's not possible!" A male Devil stated loudly "You can't possibly be Naruto Uzumaki-sama!"

"Okay, it seems I am well respected around here. That's good." Naruto smirked in satisfaction while rubbing his chin. However, the entire ballroom then exploded in chaos, with several high class devils wanting to know who Naruto Uzumaki was, but those who seemed to know about him were all screaming and throwing insults at him, most of them were calling a liar and a poor excuse of a man. The blond could only chuckle at that, actually not believing that he was actually that famous among them.

But what confused him the most was that he didn't know anything about it.

"Silence!" A man with crimson hair like Rias, standing beside a woman who looked exactly like her, spoke up loudly with a very firm voice full of authority, effectively quieting down everyone around him before he turned back to Naruto, asking him with a hint of respect in his tone "You said your name was Uzumaki Naruto, correct?"

"Yeah." Naruto nodded his head.

"Do you realize that you have the same name as the hero of the Great War, the one that is hailed and known as the Shinobi?" His question caused every devil in the room to gasp in shock and start to whisper among each other about that piece of information, but no one was more surprised than Rias herself "Are you claiming to be him?"

"Yup, I'm me." Naruto answered simply as he pointed at himself. "Though, I gotta admit that being a superhero in a comic book for children is cool as hell." The woman who looked like Rias covered her mouth with a shock expression on her face, as if she had realized something that no one could.

"My name is Zeoticus Gremory and I am going to ask you a few simple questions that only we know." The devil introduced himself before continuing "If you can answer all of them, then without a doubt you are Naruto Uzumaki, the uncrowned hero of the Devil Faction. You seem like you can't remember any of us, so I will only ask you questions that only Naruto knew."

"And you as well." Naruto added simply, making the crimson haired man nod his head.

"Naruto Uzumaki-sama trusted me with his personal information."

"Can you stop using past tense? I am not dead."

"Very well." Zeoticus nodded before starting with his first question "What is the world called in your era?"

"Elemental Nations." Naruto answered. He could tell that this man had a high amount of respect for his forgotten self, because he had a feeling that while he was going to ask questions that only Naruto Uzumaki knew, none of them was going to be too personal.

"You used to have a companion that you trust more than your life. He once hated you and wanted to kill you because your father locked him up somewhere he didn't want to be, but in a critical moment of your life the two of you ended up becoming the best of friends. What was his name?" Zeoticus continued with the second question, his expression seemed to have relaxed somewhat.
