Chapter Five - Castellia City Gym

"Here we are!" Roxie said, stopping her father's boat by one of the docks at Castellia City. "It's a pretty big city, so don't get lost."

Nate and Rosa jumped off the boat and waved to Roxie, who waved back. Then just like that, the boat was sailing away.

"Well should we go look for the gym, then?" Nate asked.

"Yeah, let's go!" Rosa said, running off ahead again.

The two were given gift Pokemon on their trip around the city. A Panpour and Pansear. Nate wasn't too fond of the Pokemon, but Rosa reminded him they had to fight the gym with more than one Pokemon so nobody would struggle.

"Nate! I found the gym!" Rosa cheered, heading inside of the gym.

Nate caught up with Rosa, and he gasped in awe, matching Rosa's expression. The gym was huge. It was filled with cocoons and sticky strings.

The gym leader man came up to the two dumb-founded kids.

"It looks really sticky... Is it safe?" Rosa asked the man.

"Yes, it's safe." The man said. "The last gym was made it walls of honey, so you kids are lucky, but do not worry! Here is a bottle of water for each of you!"

Nate and Rosa held the water bottles in their hands.

"Thanks..." They both said.

"Now, go on!" The man said. "I have a break soon, so hurry up!"

Luckily the two trainers easily got their third gym badges without any struggle. What a surprise, to be honest. But it was nothing to be disappointed about.

Nate and Rosa exited the gym, when suddenly a boy in a red jacket crashed into Nate, bringing them both to the ground.

"Watch where you are going! Jeez!" The boy said, quickly getting up off of Nate. "Move! I need to get in there so I can become stronger!" He said, pushing Rosa aside.

Nate got up from the ground, and he brushed off his pants. "What was with that guy??" He said.

"Yeah." Rosa said, frowning. "He was a complete jerk to push a girl like that."

Suddenly, a picture on a screen on one of many of the tall buildings in Castellia City lit up, broadcasting an important news report.

There was a woman speaking into a microphone. "Today we have reports of a gang that calls their selves 'Team Plasma' running around in Castellia City." The woman paused. "Barbra, you take the show."

Nate and Rosa stood there in shock. They both heard of Team Plasma two years ago on the news, and they both knew they were up to no good.

Then out of the blue, the same kid with the red jacket bolted out of the gym's door and down the streets of Castellia City.

Nate and Rosa looked at eachother and nodded. There was only one thing they needed -or maybe wanted- to do.

They sprinted after the red-jacket kid.
