Kelly isn't really into cats but she has dated a few after she and Donny stopped dating
Raven ever since he moved in with Ramona, he actually tried to get closer to Kelly despite her and Little Carly using a spell in order to make him 'not' fall in love with them.
After that spell wore off, Raven and Kelly actually started to get along a lot more despite Carly's better wishes.
But better than Little Carly, Kelly actually listens to Raven and let's him express himself despite being the greater species.
