After noticing Ramona becoming vulnerable and mentally not able to fight back, Tom as a fox, decides to take advantage of that by repeatedly reminding her of the day her heart got broken.
Meaning the day that he and Sophie were kissing and Ramona caught them.
Ramona doesn't know why he's doing this now, but she doesn't react in any way except for when he asks her if she remembers and her responding with yes.
That's pretty much it.
He uses that to try and get to Ramona.
But in the end, Ramona really doesn't pay that much attention to it.
She just tells him she remembers it, let's him say what he wants and then goes on about her day.
