Narrators POV

Poland was walking home at the end of the school day.

He was thinking over the entire day and was questioning Germanys actions.

Why was he thinking of 'homework' at the beginning of the day?
Why did he look nervous every time we spoke?
Why-
His thoughts were interrupted when Japan ran up to him.

"Hey Poland-San!"
Japan yelled out in her high pitch voice while walking up to him.

"Oh hi Japan"
Poland turned his head to look at Japan.

"Sooo how are yooou?"

"Good, why?"
Poland was confused. Japan never really talked to him that often unless she wanted something.

"What can I not ask my friends how they're doing?"

"I mean ya can but that's just unusual when you do it"

Japan scoffed as she turned to face Poland again.

"Anyways.. I was just wondering if ya wanted to come over to work on our project?"
Poland had completely forgotten about the project that the teacher assigned him Japan, and Germany to do.

"Oh shi- I forgot about that..."
Poland said as he put his hand on the back of his neck nervously.

"How did you forget? She assigned that to us not even a full hour ago!"

"Listen I wasn't paying attention"

"Of course"
Japan then looked around to see where Germany was but she saw no German to her surprise.

"Where's Germany-San?"

"I dunno, why you ask?"

"Oh my- BECAUSE he was also assigned to do the project!"
Japan slapped the back of Polands head.

"Ow" Poland yelled out as he rubbed the back of his head where Japan slapped him.
"What was that for?"
Poland asked.

"Because you can be very stupid sometimes"
Japan rolled her eyes while grabbing her phone out to message Germany.

(Japan) "Germany! You must come over to my house so we can work on the project that we have to turn in next week!"

Japan waited for a reply but Germany didn't respond.

"Damn no reply"

"Really?"
Poland asked as he turned back and looked at Japan.

"うん""*yeah*"

As Japan and Poland continued to walk to Japans house, Japan had felt her phone buzz off.

(Germany) "yeah, when you want me to come over?"

"Finally the man texted me back"
Japan yelled out.

"Geez that was a while"
Poland said.

"ええそれについて教えてください""*yeah tell me about it*"

(Japan) "well anytime now! Me and Poland are almost there!"

(Germany) "ah okay"

When Japan and Poland arrived at Japans house, Japan looked at her phone to see if Germany had messaged saying he was on his way or anything but no messages.

"So what was the project on anyways?"
Poland asked Japan as he sat his bag down.

"You really don't pay any attention in class so you?"
Japan looked at Poland while putting her phone back into her pocket and sitting her Backpack on the ground.
