Austrias Emotions Spilled Over And Shes Trying To Fix It

Germanys POV

I woke up the next morning, it was bright.

When my eyes fully adjusted to the light I saw Poland still asleep on the other side of my bed.

I carefully stood up and headed downstairs to the kitchen.

By the time I got downstairs I could hear my stomach rumbling almost begging for food.

"Morning"

I turned my head and saw Poland yawning while walking towards me.

"Morgen""*Morning*"

Poland wrapped his arms around me as I quickly made the both of us some breakfast.

"Du still tireds?" I looked down at Poland who was falling asleep in the middle of giving me a hug, a very long hug apparently.

"N- *yawn* Nie"

I rolled my eyes at him. "das ist absolut glaubwürdig""* thats totally believable*"

"Co?" I heard Poland question in his raspy morning voice.

"Nothings"

I smiled at him while finishing up our breakfast.

While we sat down to eat there was a long pause of silence between us, nobody was talking. It felt awkward.?

"So, you gonna head to Ame's after?"

I noticed Poland started to speak so I looked up from my un touched food.

"Oh uh- Nein, I'm goings to wait until sie comes home."

"Ah okay, understandable"

"Ja.."

I looked back down at my food.. I tried to pick up my fork but it felt like something was blocking me from even moving my arm.

So instead of trying to eat I decided to figure out what I was going to say to Austria when she got back.

I thought and thought but I couldn't figure out what I would even say.. I just felt stuck and I couldn't figure out why.. why everything?

"Niemcy, you alright?"

"Hm?"

I looked back up at Poland who looked some what ..concerned.?

"You haven't touched your food?"

"Oh.." I looked down at my food, I had no strength to pick up my fork and eat. "Ja.. Ich guess Ich haven'ts.."

"Is there a reason? Are you not hungry?"

"I- ich weiß nicht..""*I don't know..*"

"Co?"

"Oh uhm.. Ich don't know.."

"Oh.?"

I heard the confusion in Polands voice, but I didn't know what to say next.. I could barely even think of things to say in the future..

"Do widzenia!""*Bye!*"

I waved to Poland as he left my view and I shut my door.

I started to tear up, I didn't know why.

I pressed my back up against the door and slid down it resting my head in between my knees crying.

I didn't know why I was crying tho...

*DING* i heard my phone go off.

I looked over at my phone.

*1 unread message from Austria* read across the screen.

"Was?" I mumbled out as i unlocked my phone.

(Austria) "I'm on my way back home :)"

I was confused. Why would she put a smile? Did she even type that? What's going on? Were the only thoughts going on inside my head as I read the message.

(Germany) "Okay !! :))"

No reply.

"ich bin zuhause!""*im home*"

I heard Austria yell out as she walked in.

"Österreich!""*Austria!*"

I ran up to her giving her a hug.

"Ich habe dich vermisst!""*I missed you!*"
I was confused. Why is she saying this? What's wrong with her? What happened at Americas house?

"Bist du in Ordnung?""*Are you okay?*"

"ja! warum sollte ich nicht sein?""* yeah! why would i not be?*"

"Nun, ich meine, als du gegangen bist, wolltest du nichts mit mir zu tun haben, jetzt sagst du, du hättest mich vermisst.?""* well i mean when you left you wanted nothing to do with me now youre saying you missed me.?*"

Austria looked at me with a sad look, her face had completely dropped.

"Gut.. ich weiß nicht, schätze ich?""* well.. i dont know i guess?*"

I sat down on the couch and looked at Austria who seemed like she was about to burst into tears.

"hier, rede mit mir""*here, talk to me*"
I motioned my hand for her to sit next to me and talk.

"Okay..?"

I noticed how Austria kept trying to talk but no words were getting out.
